I enjoyed my stay at Heartbreak Hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. The package I purchased was reasonable. Will return in the near future. I was glad everything was within walking distance.

My husband booked a weekend here as a surprise for our anniversary. I loved how close it was to Graceland. Sadly, that was the only thing I loved. When we arrived we has to wait for the receptionist to have a conversation about a co-worker and have a good laugh before they even acknowleded we were standing there. We checked in and went up to our room and my heart really sank. Our room was hot,smelly,and dirty. We did not have any towels and could not see our "view" out of the window as it was filthy. We spoke with a manager whoo advised us the problems would be corrected and she would get people up there. We were leaving for our Graceland tour and had not taken our luggage in so we decided things would be better when we got back. Wrong answer... we came back and someone had used our bathroom and not flushed . The smell was gross!!! We called down immediately and told customer relations as the manager was not available. We advised them that the air was still not working and of the bathroom situation. A few minutes later we had a housekeeper just walk into our room with her key without knocking and behind her a maintenance man brought in a box fan. He advised us that it was "hot outside" and the air would work better when the sun went down. At this point I am just beyond disappointed. My husband and I make another trip down and wait to speak with the night manager. She states that she knows about our problems and asks what do you want from me. After a tense couple if seconds she kinda laughs it off. She moves us to a" king suite" LOL! The move was just a waste of time the only thing it accomplished was it gave us more hot,dirty,smelly space. We showered and left for Beale Street so we spent the majority of our stay out of the room. We will not make this mistake twice. P.S. the maintenance man advised us that they are going to be building a new hotel next year. Maybe it will be better.

Our Heartbreak Hotel experience was wonderful!!! I was in heaven with all the decor and our room. We had a King Size bed, a kitchenette and living room area. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. I would stay there again anytime. If YOU are a true Elvis fan you will appreciate everything the hotel offers. It was an excellent stay. I loved it!!! We were there for 7 days.

the hotel was nicer than I expected from the reviews I had read. The only problem we had was that the wifi was very iffy. It only seemed to be reliable in the bar. They could use more front desk help in the evening. The single person there when we checked in was overwhelmed.

I was expecting shag- carpet with old cigarette burns and horizontal paneled curtains in the windows to match...however, the decor was upgraded to "modern cheap". I thought it was a bit pricey. Was the place cheesy??? Of course it was! And I expected it to be...just like the King himself. No offense, but I wouldn't expect that the vast majority of visitors who make the pilgrimage to Graceland are necessarily expecting posh accommodations. It's branded "Elvis", and that's enough for their hard earned cash. My suggestion, save your money and insults and stay at the Motel 6 if your looking for a good value. If you're like me and will risk making a reservation just so you can say "been there done that", then check-in to the Heartbreak and buy a t-shirt on your way out :)

A TRUE ELVIS EXPERIENCE!! This year will be our 11th trip to Graceland and the Heartbreak Hotel. In all these years we have not had a bad experience. The staff is great and the accommodations very comfortable. The breakfast is great. The best part if being able to listen to Elvis sing -- in the lobby, at the pool, sitting by the front door. The moment you arrive you get that "Elvis Feeling". We will be going back for as long as we are able.

I liked everything about it, it is a total Elvis experience. I have stayed there on several ocassions and plan to go back. I could live there. i think it is the best. Everyone was so friendly, southern hospitality they call it. The rooms were neat and clean and very comfortable. I give it a 10 star.

We loved everything about the hotel. The room we had was very large and we were happy in this room but when there were some plumbing problems in our room we were upgraded to the Graceland suite for 3 nights and we felt like we were in heaven. The lounge was very nice and the food available there was very good. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very beautiful. It was very worth the time and money that we spent and will return to stay there again. No matter who you met in the hallways, everyone on staff was very friendly.
