Steer Clear....

Even if your goal is to save money, I would avoid this hotel. First, if you are a discount shopper (priceline, etc) you may “feel the difference” at check-in, as I did. I don’t mind being treated like a second-class citizen by an employee with issues for the right price, even though he put my poor 69 year old mom at the absolute farthest room out and closest to the airport runway, but I was up at 4:00 am because the planes were so loud that they even woke a sound sleeper like me. I should mention that I found spider webs under the curtains (yikes) I came to town for a class, which I will probably sleep through because I got none here. I always thought Raddison was a hotel you could count on, but I definitely got educated on this trip. Sometimes the price break isn’t worth it.

Great Place!! Fun kit!

The staff got me into my room early... it was not a new hotel but was clean and very upscale but I paid for it. I did not have anything with me due to Delta cxl'ing my flight and not giving me my luggage. The staff had everything for me and when I requested something they did not have the manager (who has his desk in the lobby) went to the store bought it and brought it back to my room! What great service. If you’re looking for a quite hotel, spend 30 at the rent-a-car counter, drive 30 min into the country and pay more. If you’re looking for service that’s at the airport this is your spot. Something I thought was great was the radio that had the sounds of nature and the sleep tight kit. The kit had a mask ear plugs and a nice spray to scent your pillow.

the beds are comfortable and i sleeped like a baby the service was great the staff was really nice. I love there pool the sight was very beautiful

Never again!

The noise all night from the FedEx planes is horrible - I have been trying for over two months to get the billing for my one night stay resolved - no one ever calls me back

Not what I expected

Our room was clean although a little on the small side. The deadbolt on the door was broken, the hotel was over booked. Some of the staff were downright rude and unprofessional. One desk clerk needed help and asked her supervisor for help and was refused. They engaged in a screaming match in the lobby. Yes, it is next to the airport and we could hear the planes at night it didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep. There was a lot of road construction and the hotel entrance was difficult to find. That most likely will not be a problem once the construction is completed.

The location is great. Easy to find. The room was nice and clean very comfortable. The staff was not very friendy or helpful. I would stay there again.

We would stay there again

We found this hotel to be very comfortable and served our needs very well since we were flying out of Memphis airport the next morning. The hotel has a 24-hr shuttle service to the airport, which is only a short distance away. We were able to leave our car at the hotel while we were gone and pick it up when we returned a few days later. It was very convenient for us and less expensive than leaving our car at the airport. The driver of the shuttle was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other travelers. The noise from the airport didn't bother us that much. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant. The food wasn't very good, especially for the price.

This hotel is an insult to Radisson...

I always thought of Radisson as a upper class hotel chain. This hotel blew that perception away. The room was dirty, the A/C was very loud. It easily drown out the noise of the Fedex planes rumbling down the runway. I don't mind the airport noise, after all, it's an AIRPORT!!! But the room, the overall trashiness of the hotel, and the lackluster office staff leave a lot to be desired. We used the hotel as a Park 'n Fly, where we spent the night and could leave our car there for up to a week, all for around $100 bucks. That is the only reason I'd ever go back there again.

the pool was green so u couldnt swim they wouldnt give u a desent room they have bad room service very lazy internet is very slow

THE AIRPLANES WILL LITERALLY RATTLE THE HELL OUT OF YOU ALL NIGHT LONG. THE ROOMS ARE HORRIBLE. OLD MOLDY
