i had a very comfortalble stay at this hotel , the rooms were clean and staff was really friendly . everything was very nearby , i had great time at the lounge. loved the continental breakfast ...................

The staff at this hotel is just awful. They sit around and watch your every move like you are in a prison. They will not let you bring guest to the hotel for a visit and you cannot have people in the pool although you have made a payment. If I were you I wouldn't even go there if they told me that I could stay for free.

I have to say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything from the room to the pool was gross. If I could pick zero stars I would.

I'm never going back there again. The room was filthy. When we were about to leave, my family was searching to make sure we didn't leave anything and we found a half eaten burger and a couple of beer bottles underneath the bed. The bathroom was unacceptable. The bed sheets looked clean but it felt as if things were crawling underneath those sheets. I couldn't sleep a wink in that hotel.

Our party rented several rooms. One room had a used crack pipe laying alongside the bed, loose toilet seat with the lid completely off, lights and outlets that didn't work and a jacuzzi tub only large enough for one medium-sized person. Another room had a non-working toilet and another had animal feces on the floor. They have a decent pool there, but based on the lack of maintenance and cleaning in the rooms, I'm not sure the pool is safe to swim in. Also, like the other review says, they use the old bait and switch to get you in thinking that you can get an inexpensive room, only to be told that the price on the sign is some special. When we complained about the room they offered a whopping 10 % off. Whoopie! Jackson has a ton of motels. Spend an extra 20 bucks and get a decent one.

outside price said $36.85 but was told that was for the week and since it was the weekend it would $49.95; no towels or cups (had to ask for both); no coffemaker in the room but web site said there was; 2 pillows had no pillowcase on them; shower head was so low that my 5'9" son had to bend down to take his shower; at 8:30 the breakfast had powered donuts, cereal with little milk - nothing else. I will NOT be back
