Staying at a hotel, no matter how cheap you'd think that a pregnant woman would be accommodated. Not so at Bugetel Inn. Not so at all. Not to mention the staff where completely disrespectful to myself and my husband. We'd previously visited the Bugetel Inn with no issues at all, however the second visit was much different and marred our appreciation for their low prices. I urge that if you plan on staying here, call ahead with any special requests or AVOID AT ALL COSTS as the staff are rude and honestly unwilling to do anything but the bare minimum.

The room had a very bad odor, and I went to shower and noticed a bandage still in the shower and a dirty towel hanging on the back door. As far as a breakfast there was only coffee being served. This was the worst place I have ever stayed and will never return here

Great Location. Great service. Incredible housekeeping service. Room always immaculate on a daily basis. Internet service was foolproof and easy to use. Just a tiny improvment on the breakfast bar, maybe have a little bit more cereal and danish options and trays to take items to room. Still, it was a great treat every morning. Will definitely come back to that location when in Memphis.
