Best Western Thunderbird Motel, Cookeville

Have stayed here several times and was pleased every time. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and rates were decent. Also the rooms were very quiet. My only complaint was that the stairways and sidewalks right outside the rooms could use a good cleaning or at the very least sweeping.

Friendly Staff, I'm a paraplegic and the room actully had a handicap bathroom, not just a "bigger" bathroom. It has roll-in shower and a padded bench in the shower.

Customer Service was Poor, Room was not that great..very dissapointed...rates could have been better..breakfast or lack therof very dissapointing. Very disappointing for a Best Western
