Great Value, Friendly Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/08/08
Great location, quick access off I-24 exit, Management and Staff very friendly, clean rooms, nice exercise room and indoor pool, extra amenities like "free wireless internet". Nice rental meeting room for retreats, family reunions, etc.

I would definitely stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/15/07
The indoor pool and hot tub were great! The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, however pillows weren't very good (I hate feather pillows). Even though the hotel is next to the interstate I was not bothered by road noise at all. With the heat/air on all the time I never heard the road noise that is mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast that was offered was very good- biscuits, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice, etc.. Also, the hotel offered free cookies in the evenings at the front desk. I was very pleased with this hotel. It's a convenient location, lots of shopping located nearby. We will defitely stay here again.

Do not stay here!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/27/07
This hotel is sandwiched between a 6 lane major highway and a train track. Stayed here for 2 nights (2 rooms) at Thanksgiving. The first night we had to run the AC fan on high the entire night to block out the noise (bought earplugs for second night). Tried to transfer to another hotel, but front desk employees were awful. Told us that since we had paid for 2 rooms in advance "nothing they could do" and they don't have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. Asked to speak with manager and was told they "never come in on holidays". Restaurant advertised on website as walking distance from hotel closed "months ago". Wrote letter to management about this stay and received a form letter reply.

Hotel ok...location - so, so
By Julie, 07/02/06
The hotel was average, but the price was good. Being so close to the interstate made it noisy. Probably would choose to stay in the Murfreesburough area next time.

Loved my stay!
By Naomi, 04/02/06
When I first arrived at this hotel, I was disappointed about the area- but the hotel itself was fabulous. The night staff (Angel) gave me really bad directions getting there. When I woke up on the first morning, the hostess Shawnda was there and was SO helpful with everything. She even cheered my group on with help with directions and even called my room to make sure I had everything I needed! The price was unbeatable and it is easy access to hwy 24. I will definitely stay there again!

Great stay for the $$
By Naomi, 04/02/06
I wasn't crazy about the location until I figured out it was right off of HWY 24 that leads to everything in Nashville. It's still a little hard to get to but call during regular business hours for the best directions(night staffers aren't really hip on the locale scene). Breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. The best of all was the helpful front desk who did everything from find directions for me to call ahead to my venues to see what was available on a rainy day! Definitely would recommend.

I am will never stay here again!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/08/06
I had the most horrible weekend at the Country Inn and Suites off Bell rd. I dont know about the reviews from 2004 but they must have changed staff. The host Angel and the manager were both rude. The manager even lied to me, which was totally unacceptable. The pool is still nice, but the "whirlpool" does not whirl, the bubbles do not work. But that is a small issue in comparison to how I was treated and spoken to. The beds were also horrible. they looked worse then a motel and the sheets kept coming off all night. for our two suites for the weekend we paid over $800 and I am highly dissappointed and never want anyone to go through what I had to. The waffles are good but bring your own syrup, theirs taste like thick water. And be extra careful the staff are only nice when they are taking your credit card number. Nashville is a great city which plenty of places to stay, dont waste your time at this place. There are also panhandlers on the corner of this hotel, the only place I have seen bumbs outside of two places downtown Nashville.

We will not return to this Inn!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/05
The location and neighborhood is horrible. The grounds were sadly unkept. We were down right afraid for our safety at this location. The mattresses were cheap ones and uncomfortable. We frequently stay at Country Inns & Suites, but we will never stay at this one again. It does not come close to the standards of Country Inns & Suites. All around not a good experience!
