Day County Inn & Suites, Webster

We use to stay here 1 year ago when we would come visit my mother-in-law and weren't very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, and we needed a place to stay and the Galley was booked out so we decided to give the Day County Inn another try and were very delighted to find out they are under new ownership as of the 1st of August. The rooms have never looked so clean as well as the bar and lobby. The new owners are really putting forth an effort to bring back some of the business they lost in the past years. If you were dis-satisfied with the service give them another shot it will be worth it not only for your pocket book but for a really clean room.

It was such a treat being greeted by such a nice man. He was very helpful with everything we needed, I think his name was Pete. We would definitely stay here again. The last time we stayed here, it was under the old management and he was very rude and triple charged our credit card. Once we heard there was new management, we thought we would give it another shot and we are happy we did! Thanks Pete! You are the man! Steve

I stayed here 2 months agow and wasn't very happy with the the service from the owners/managers. I was looking forward to just getting some rest and when I walked into the lobby I was delighted to see and hear that they are udergoing alot of changes. New owners and management has made this stay feel like they appriciated my business. I cant wait till I see what they are going to do with the bar and restrant. I definently look forward to comming back to work in webster.

The owners carryour luggage in for us. they are very helpful about where places are in town. the food is awsome. we ordered a 12 oz ribeye. the cook made it exactly the way that we requested it to be done. the hospitality of the bartender was excellant and the service was wounderfull. the bartender asked us if we would like to try shake a day we said yes and she explained to us how the game was played. the owners are awsome and very kind and generous too. the have three beautifull children the two older ones are very helpfull. we will be going back there again we would not choose any other motel. the owners are very concerned about their guests. we give this motel a five star rating on everythng.

the owners are very dishonest! i will never go back and hope that the people that do stay there dont get the treatment we got. the bar tender was nice but the owner treated her bad im sure she has left that place already. i wouldnt recommend staying there if u plan on staying more then one night. nothing but yelling in that hotel and if u have kids watch it with the owners wife she likes to yell at other peoples kids. and dont get mail sent there you might not recieve it or have it opened before you get it. the halls are so cold in the winter. and always ask to see you bill at the bar before you pay to make sure they didnt put a few more beers then what you had. and dont play the shake of the day the money in the pot goes down not up. good luck to the people that stay there wish you the best because you will need it dealing with those people.
