Ramada Inn & Suites Airport, Sioux Falls

I booked a client here and made sure to call and have them charge it to our company credit card. I not only received a confirmation number that it went through but I called after to verify and spoke to front desk. Actually wrote the guys name. They assured me they had it. The client then called me to say that he had to use his personal credit card. When I called the front desk the same guy I had spoken to originally couldn't find any of my paperwork faxed. I refaxed them all the information and also the confirmation sheet I got when they received it. Needless to say the guy called back and said, "Oh yeah, I dug around and I found it." Then he laughed about it. No laughing matter to me. I hate to think that they leave important documentation just lying around. It was embarrassing to have our client have to put this on his card because he the front desk guy was an idiot. Very stressful for our client. Will not use them anymore.

the kids loved the waterpark.. adults not impressed with the dirty sheets and blankets on the beds.we set up a game in the hallway for the kids to play and security shut us down with the explanation of fire code violations(it was a minute to win it game)for us being in the halland for disturbing peoples sleep at 8.00 pm . evidently was ok for the drunks running in the halls and banging on doors the night before from 1 til 4am.moved the game down to the bar area for the last 2 contests and were shut down for blowing up 4 ballons (not helium, just regular balloons) with the excus that if we throw the ballons in the air it will set off the fire alarms and the fire dept will have to come shut them off, and we will be charged for the call.guess i dont understand that the beach balls others were throwing were ok tho. Didn't appreciate being treated like a bunch of hoodlums when we were not disturbing anyone or creating alot of noise.. our kids were not running and screaming in the halls or around the pools.we didn't mind having to go to the lobby to pick up pizza delivery due to hotelrule against delivering to the rooms but wondered why the neighbors across the hall got delivery to their room at 1:10 am.

I loved the pool area. It was clean and the pools and slides were wonderful. The rooms were nice and big and very clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock it was so hard. After over 2 hours of tossing and turning (which I never do) I ended having to lay all the pillows in a line and sleep on top of them in order to fall asleep. Even so, I woke up exhausted and cramped. I felt for the price, breakfast should have been included in the price. It was not. However, the restaurant was affordable and the food was edible. They do need to make it known that drinks are not included with the breakfast buffet price as that added almost an additional $8 to our bill for 4 drinks. The service was good. It was fairly easy to get to and I always love free parking. It was convenient as we were there for an activity at the convention center across the street. Overall the hotel is pretty nice. However, I will not be staying again because to me I would rather have a good night sleep than fun playing in a "water park" that is really nothing but a huge pool with a pirate ship and a couple small slides.

The room was dirty. walking around just about a 1/2 hour in the room and my feet where black. The rooms are very small. The one pool was closed due to excessive bacteria in it. The pool was very crowded. The amount that we paid for the rooms was not worth it.

Wow that was the most fun we all had as a family in a long time the place was great our room was great . I had soo much fun on the slide with my kids they did not want to go.The only thing we were not to happy about was we eat supper in the in hotel resturant and they seemed to be short on serves and the food was not worth the money. it too ecspensive to eat there and i couldnt even finish my food or pop it was not good at all otherwise the room was very clean and lots of fun . We are actually looking on going back in a month.

We had reserved a non-smoking room, and we could smell the smoke before even entering the room they gave us. It was terrible. We went back to the desk to request another room and were told that was all they had. After complaining a little longer they (miraculously) discovered that they did in fact have another room available. This one smelled better. The kids had fun in the pool, although it was extremely crowded. If the customer service had been better in the beginning, my review would have been much better.

We went there as a family vacation, the whole family had a great time. Everytime we go to SF that is the hotel we stay at. We enjoy the pool & bar. The kids have a great time there! We will be there again soon!

We stayed the night of Jan. 12th and ended up taking my son to the local emergency department as he awoke with what appeared to be a very bad burn like rash on his entire body, especially his legs. Then looking at my other son he also had a very mild rash. The ER Doctor said that it was a bacteria infection that came from the pool or the hot tub at the motel. The Dr. notified the motel. We ended up with my son getting pain medicine and packing his legs in ice to relieve the pain. I have left messages with the staff and they assured me that a manager would be in contact with me and nobody did. I also visited with several people who also stayed that night and their children also had rashes, but were very mild. I just wanted someone to give me the satisfaction of an answered phone call to know that they had looked into the problem and that it was corrected. We were all lookig forward to a fun weekend that ended up with an emergency room bill.

This hotel offers fantastic amenities! The waterpark is AWESOME!!! The one thing I didn't like is that they only issue 4 tickets per day for the waterpark...and you can only purchase up to 3 more.

We had a pool side room. It had a small fridge with a counter area off the living room. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed ordering pizza and having room in our suite to eat as a family of 5. The pool was great and the water temp was warm. The kids played for hours. We plan on going in Jan 07 and celebrating our daughter's 7th birthday here. Can't wait to go!
