Front desk friendly and very helpfull in directions. Breakfast well done, with waffles, scrambled eggs, link sausage, and pastries etc. Pool was nice after a long sightseeing day. Had coffee in room and sat on the balcony with the coffee overlooking the city in the mornings. Had cookees and soup in the late afternoon. Would stay there again. HINT. Try the Coloinal House resturant next door. Great food and reasonably priced. Outstanding Liver and Onions!

My husband and I were touring the Black Hills this fall and were involved in a car accident near Custer, SD. My husband was hospitalized and our car was badly damaged. At the hospital I asked about a hotel nearby and they recommended the Best Western. They said they provided rides to and from the hospital and had a special rate for people doing business at the hospital. They came and picked me up and I stayed for 7 nights. The hotel was only blocks from the hospital and the staff was always friendly and willing to give me rides (some days I went back and forth 3 times). The room was clean and quiet. Since I didn't have a car, it was nice that there was a restaurant across the parking lot. I can't remember what the name was, but I would highly recommend it. My husband was discharged but we had to wait another two days for the car. In the end it wasn't the best situation, but the hotel was nice and the service was great. I would stay again.

I was in town for a funeral and spent 2 days. The breakfast was very good and they had soup available in the evenings. I liked that I was able to park my car right in front of my room. The room was very clean, which is what I consider most important factor in choosing a hotel. I would stay again if I was in town. One final thing, if you are parents with children, this hotel has an outdoor pool, so it is closed in winter.

Nothing was bad all good! Wonderful staff and nice clean rooms. Always good rates and love the soup at night!

The staff was very friendly. We were always greeted with a smile. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. They also had a great continential breakfast wiith belgium waffles.
