Definitely not what you are promised

I would never consider going back to this hotel. On their sign out front they advertise high speed internet, but when I checked into the room there was no high speed internet available. The worst part is the fact they refused to do anything about other than moving to another room to try that one. Don't even worry about calling the 800-WESTERN number. Typical run around, with usual "independently owned" "nothing we can do". Lied to by desk clerk. Will never go back to that hotel, and will reconsider whether we ever go back to any Best Western, if they can't even back up what they advertise
