I will never go back!

The rooms were dirty and run down. I had to have them change my room when I first got there. they were just plain nasty.
They advertise a restaurant but it was closed, they had pool tables in the restaurant and you had to go and order from the bar, and all I saw was mostly sandwiches. The continental breakfast was a joke, they had bread, coffee, cereal, and juice, no danish, bagals, hot cereals, fruit, none of the normal that you would expect to find.
The pool was empty and closed.
And the meeting room where we had our meeting didn't have A/C.
I won't ever use this Best Western Again. If I hadn't book this thru you I would have check out the day I got there.
