Clean room, helpful staff and nice setup of facilities, but over-priced for time of year and location. A nice hotel but not at 100.00 per night -- lowest price is 86.00 but with all the taxes, room set fees, etc. it is at or over 100.00 Local taxi service starts late in morning and ends at 11 pm, so don't plan any late nights or early departures if you don't have a vehicle.

excellent place for out of state prople driving in for overnighting for following morning fishing day. Close to boats. Wonderful pool. Place was clean, no surprises, as expected.

Very disappointed the 2nd night of my stay at the Holiday Inn at South Kingstown (RI). When returning at the hotel around 09:30 pm after having being outside the hotel for the day, I found out the room had not been made up at all. Yet, housekeeping was nearby when leaving my room in late morning, since making up the room nextdoor at that moment, with their trollly virtually in front of the door of my room, and with a plastic bag with dirt from the other rooms positioned in full in front of my room door; housekeeping service hours reportedly lasting until 3 pm. Spoke to reception in the evening right after finding out the room had not been made up; reception bluntly told me nobody would make up the room at night. And when I asked whether they intended to charge for a dirty room, their only answer was " if it is that you are looking for a discount, we wll not give any". I replied the issue was not a discount but a clean room. No alternate room was offered either, even though the hotel was clearly not fully booked. In short: awful level of service, and even more awful attitude of personnel at reception

We reserved 5 rooms for a weekend (2 nights) to go to a local wedding. The rooms were small, the hotel expensive (~$189 for one night and ~$135 for the second - without tax). The hotel lacked amenities at this price (no continental breakfast for example). The rooms smelled musty. We had children with us and took a walk with a baby in the carriage. The back of the hotel smelled like sewage.
