Graefrather Hof Hotel, Lancaster

My family and I came in with a group of people for a wedding. The only thing good about this hotel was the cleaning personnel. Other than that, there was nothing to brag about. No one was curtious, the food was awful, no towels at the pool any of the three days we were there, served rotton milk, overheard front desk staff griping about customers, was told no pets but met a couple there that had a dog with them, said they were told pets under 12lbs could stay. No one smiled or asked how anything was at all, exept for the maid staff. Not even worth the 99.00 rate.. staff was now knowledgeable about their own policies..
