poor customer service

We had a reservation for a large block of rooms with a deposit. We showed up at 11pm to pay the balance on the night before the event. Jamie and another person (short blonde hair-can't remember name) at the front desk are incompetent. They could not help us nor did they understand that we wanted to pay the balance on our reservation despite several attempts at explaining. They were angry with us and could not get beyond that. They called, Sanjay(sp?) at home, who is apparently the owner, to get assistance. We were yelled at for comming in at 11pm to pay our bill. Finally, another person, Cassie, was called in to work to correct the situation and she was very nice. The other 2 front desk people could not handle the situation and they simply left their posts for the night prior to their shift ending- with the owners blessing. He is not a nice person. Customer service is very bad. There was another person present in training and he was very nice and focused on customer service. Jamie should be fired and Sanjay should not be in the hotel business since he does not comprehend customer service. Jamie has a foul mouth.
