BEST WESTERN Windsor Inn, Ashland

After traveling all day with young children, even though we had made prior reservations, it took 30 minutes to check in. Three staff at the front desk but they seemed confused with a simple check in. The keys did not work to get into the room. Once we dealt with that and finally in a room, the phone didn't work. Staff did not seem interested in helping resolve any of this. We had stayed there the year before and had a much better experience but will not be going back. Found a much better hotel in same area for less money and much cleaner and helpful staff.

We stayed one night at the Best Western Windsor Inn and I will definetly be staying there again if I am in Ashland. The rooms are large, clean, and the soaps, shampoos, etc. are all high quality. The grounds are covered in wonderful plants. Simply, quite pleasant and restful. Wow, I almost forget to mention the beds and pillows--Fabulous!!

Clean, comfortable, easy access to Freeway and has transport to theaters

The room was huge for the price i paid. They treated me with respect and curtesy. The only downside was the distance from downtown. Yeah...
