Best hotel in all my travels
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/3/11
We went to the coho as a place to stay for 1 night of our road trip, Our room was BEAUTIFUL we had a picture perfect view of the ocean our own balcony, a jacuzzi tub, a king size termerpedic bed, and a fireplace, plus covered parking to boot, we do lots of traveling and stay in lots of hotels and by the next day my husband and myself were very sad to leave, in all of our travels this is by far our favorite and the best hotel we have every stayed in everything that the coho 1offers for under $200 is a deal, I can not wait till I get the chance to stay there again!!!!

What's the fuss?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/4/11
Fabulous view and good breakfast layout, but that's where it ends. The room was advertised as a "King Deluxe Studio" but it was just a room with a king bed & pull out couch. Awkwrdly decorated. Tray of overpriced goodies. Bodum coffee pot with nowhere to put the grounds and nowhere near to plug in the water. There wasn't even a pad and pen to write with. To top it off, its Saturday morning around 8:30 am and the manager is standing right outside our window discussing the gutters with the maintenance guy. Definitely not worth the price.

Not Worth The $$$
By cbotta9, 2/7/11
Let me start off by saying the website is a little deceibing. They had told me it was completely remodeled? That was not the case when I checked in Saturday afternoon. We stayed in the 2 bedroom fireplace suite. The rooms were very small. The bathrooms were so small you could barely take a shower. The "spa" was not what I had expected. I couldn't even breath in there, they used so much chlorine in the pool and Jacuzzi. You had to walk out of your hotel across the parking lot just to get there. Will not return!

Overpriced & undersized
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/14/10
The hotel was clean and the service was good. Front desk people were polite and friendly. The web site states that some of the rooms have a kitchenette. I have never seen anything like the appliance in this "kitchenette". It was a combination refrigerator/sink/2 burner stove all in one unit. I can't imagine how anyone would prepare a meal in this room. When we washed the cups and glasses in the sink we banged our forehead on the exhaust hood. The roon was also extremely dark and the bathroom toilet and shower area were extremely small. I purchased a room with a king bed but got one with a king and a queen which decreased the size of everything in the unit. What really annoyed me was the cost. For a $170/night including tax (winter rates) I expect a nice motel with a generous space. We picked this motel as they advertised a kitchenette which we planned on using to decrease our restaurant expenses. The visit left me feeling like I had been overcharged. I would not stay in this motel again as it is not a good value.

Best Hotel ive been in Lincoln City Ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/16/10
New rooms thoughtfully decorated, pillow top beds, HD tv, french press, egyptian sheets, and many other fine amenities that were quite a shock for such value. The room was so comfortable and the service was equally to please. Best hotel ive stayed in Oregon or Washington!

Great view, looks nice, but...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/11/10
The rooms have recently been updated and they look pretty, tho the shower stall is a bit dark, however, "new beds" or not, it was one of the most uncomfortable sleeping experiences I've had at a hotel. The bed was WAY to hard and the pillow too soft and lumpy. We may go back - if there's no where else available!

Wonderful Staff, canadian friendly, and nice place
By Ganglian, 10/10/09
They gave us a 10% discount for being from Canada, allowed our pug in the room w/ a great pet bag of treats, gave us a stunning modern room clean, easy, 10/10 homerun by the Coho.

Best Inn on the Oregon Coast, period.
By Paul, 10/2/09
Based on the raving reviews from my coworkers I chose this hotel for a weekend stay while providing consulting services for some local businesses and my expectations were surpassed! The place was absolutely incredible. From my luxurious, spacious room with spectacular ocean front view and a huge flat screen TV to the perfectly temperate pool to the very friendly and professionalism I received from the front desk and Mr. Lee for going out of his way to accommodate me. I can not remember a time when I had a better night sleep on a more comfortable bed. My only complaint is I wish the masseuse could have stayed a little while longer. I can not wait to return with my girlfriend next month, I know she will be impressed. This hotel can match up with 4 and 5 star resorts I've been to easily.
