Great Front Desk Help
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/07
The hotel was very clean, they had a nice bed and pillows. The people working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have all the ammenities; food, bar, spa, workout room, internet service. If you are staying for more than a day, request the priority club membership. Doesn't cost anything, and you get a 5.00 credit each day for the food or the bar (but you have to ask for the card).

We won't use the banquet facilities again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/06/07
This hotel does have nice room's and I would stay again, but I will never book a banquet here again. Reserved the Sawtooth room many months ahead and worked out every detail only to find they didn't have me on the books, didn't have the decor I was promised, didn't have the linen colors I had chosen, pretty much had to start from scratch to get the party details covered. The room is just off of the hotel bar which reaked of ciggarette's, and had to tell a few uninvited guests to go back to the bar or leave. The room looks old, and at least in the dark you don't notice the marks on the walls and the unmatched linens as much as when all of the lights are on. On a positive note the Hotel reservations side of it were very professional when they didn't get the message to hold rooms for our out of town guests when they called. They made it right by giving us not only the group rate but an even lesser rate for the miscommunication.

Skip this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/06
There were virtually no places to park our car. We had to park it far away. The breakfast was not free, just for kids with paying adults. The pool was small and an outdoor pool. Kids were in the hot tub. The staff was nice. But I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. Find a better place to stay in if you have to stay near Ontario.
