Televisions are USELESS!!

The television system is useless. No channel guide, no info on any programs. TV takes about 2 seconds to load each and every channel. NO MOVIES or PAY PER VIEW. This renders the TV system pretty much useless unless you want to spend 20 minutes just trying to view each channel while waiting 2 seconds between channel changes. If TV is a basic nessecity to you, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Loved this hotel!

We drove to Tulsa for a concert. The hotel was easy to find and check-in was very quick. They gave us two warm cookies to take to the room. Garage parking provided very easy access to rooms. The room was very clean and roomy; and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. After a good nights sleep, we enjoyed a very nice complimentary fully breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulsa, Ok.

Low quality and value for a Double Tree

This Double Tree needs a facelift! The rooms are stale, stuffy and dated. The A/C is almost non existence and the unit noisy The lighting and layout n the rooms are terrible. Also if you get there on a Sunday there aren't any places to eat within walking distant and the hotel 'cafe' is overprices and the menu is limited to about 5 items. The internet connect through the business center is expensive and S L O W. Staff, if you can find them are cranky... I generally love Double Trees, but this one is best avoided if you expect good value for your money and a pleasant experience

Don't use valet service

Doubletree ruined my car and denied my claim. Management not very cooperative. Won't stay there again.

Great Location, Not So Great Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for it's proximity to the BOK Center. It is very well located in that regard and just a short walk from the hotel to the BOK; the quality and condition of the hotel is a different matter. When we arrived, there was water standing in the bathtub and the room was hot even though the thermostat was turned down. The customer service from the staff was poor, the standing water in the bathtub was addressed but the room was hot the duration of our stay. The beds were comfortable and other than the standing water the room seemed reasonably clean but the furnishings were out of date and well worn. This was our first experience with a Double Tree hotel. We would not stay again.

Not very nice for the price

Our room was alright. I had requested a bed for our son when I reserved the room It wasn't there when we checked in. When I called the front desk, it was an extra 10 dollars. Location is good for business travelers but after hours, ther eis nothing nearby to eat. Room was clean but not exceptional in any way. In the morning, the staff was blabbing loudly in the hallway. I am going back to Springhill Suites for a consistently good hotel stay.

a few minutes from BOK.Beautiful hotel but needs better resturant. Had to sit in coffee shop to have a dinner for two (90.00)Rooms are great and staff very nice. Should upgrade resturant!

Wonderful for a wedding

We had our wedding, both the ceremony and reception, at the Doubletree. Everyone was extremely helpful in the planning and execution of our event. Wonderful suggestions for other vendors as well. Only one slight snag with the champagne at the reception but that was taken care of the next week with a follow up and refund. The suite for the wedding night was wonderful, we were even upgraded. Cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. Would definitely reccommend.

People make the diffrence

I have stayed at this hotel countless times in the last couple of years. Each time I check-in I have been greeted by front desk staff and hotel manger Jim. My last visit when I arrived I notice something was missing. I did not get greeted by Jim. I asked the staff is Jim off today and was told he no longer works at this hotel. The team members raved how much his is missed. I learned the he has relocated to another hotel. Truly my stay at the doubletree was not the WOW factor I am use too becuase Jim made the diffrence. He always made calls to my room just to check to see if I needed anything. Friend of my who stay at this hotel said the sametime. the hotel has other good team members who will assist with any of your needs.
