Home away from home!
By yahoo user, 12/16/11
I've become a regular here,in the past few months, with my traveling .job. Besides being a good deal and a nice location for shopping and eating out,the rooms are quiet! If you've ever been kept up all night by traffic or inconsiderate travelers, sharing the motel, you can really appreciate this!! I have MY room, that I always request, because the bed is just right for my back, I don't know about all the other rooms, but my mattress is a good one. The staff are friendly and remember my name when I return, so I feel like someone would notice if I weren't there. That's a nice plus when you are away from home. I think the managers(owners?) live in the lower level, so it feels secure, almost like a B & B. The rooms are like a small apartment, more than a motel, with a kitchen area, living area with hideabed couch and coffee table, several lamps ,recliner and swivel tv I can see from any "room". It feels homey. A LARGE work table with ROLLING chair is very handy,so I can get all my work spread out and organized without having to use the floor or bed to make paper stacks. Sales Reps you will like this!. The free hot breakfast is a bit small, but is in a relaxing open location with a small waterfall and pond and large plants scattered around the tables, with a full ceiling skylight above. I like it much better than a noisy room, with no windows, full of people eating. Second and third floors have decorative fencing, where you look down upon this open area as you walk to the elevator. It's a nice change from walking down enclosed hallways in other motels. Having a glass wall in the elevator allows you to see all three floors as you go up and down. They have rooms where you can just slide a glass door open and be poolside and go outside swimming, without walking down hallways, It almost feels like I'm here on vacation, instead of being away from home working. My room has always been clean and the heat/ac work well. Free WIFI,local calls and plenty of tv channels. This motel has everything I need. I like it.

We will not stay here again.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/16/09
This hotel needs lots of updating and cleaning. The first room we had - had blood splatters on the wall by the sink. The second room - carpet was nasty and the bath rooms need to be deep cleaned. The toilet lid had feces on it. The bath tub had rust by the drain and the pipes was sticking out of the wall. There was spider webs all around the ceiling. The comforter stunk - like it has not ever been washed. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had tang for juice and stale bread for toast. Frozen biscuit sandwiches and 2 cereals to choose from. They did have a waffle machine - the waffles were decent. Save your $95.00 and stay somewhere else!!!!

The Non-Presidential Suites
By Steve, 6/12/07
We love to travel and to stay in suite hotels. We stayed at the Presidential Suites 3 nights in June, 2007. I had to argue just to receive the rate indicated on the internet page the day I had made my reservation (It had since risen). The happy hours with free drinks, which were clearly advertised both on the net and in the hotel, never happened at all. Furthermore, there were no supplies even to make our own drinks. Apparently the management had no plans to offer a happy hour whatsoever. When I complained quietly about this omission/deception, the manager on duty "kindly'' offered to let me check out of the hotel if I wasn't happy!! The evening staff had no one age 21 or over; they just didn't know what to do, or had no authority to take action, when things went wrong. The entire time we were there, the elevator was out of order, and the snack machine area was flooded. Our ''executive'' suite, though quite spacious, had wet floors all around the bathroom. The free breakfast seemed to us stale, cold, prepackaged and limited. My advice: Stay at the Embassy Suites, or anywhere upscale. This place, despite claims of being Tulsa's premiere boutique hotel and despite its convenient location in the city, is pretty much a dump.

This place is a turd!
By D, 5/31/07
If you like your hotel old, out-of-date, and very musty smelling then this place is for you. Is better than sleeping on the street but not by much! Front desk person was clueless, linens were not clean, room smelled, and the decor was early-80's flea market. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Only hotel for me inTulsa
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/06
As a travel agent I look for special "deals" at hotels. Price, location, and safety are some of my requirements. The Presidential Suites Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Upon checking in I was given a city map and a 2 room suite with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, king bed, sofa, recliner, coffee table with 2 chairs, an airconditioner in each room, shower, and tub with whirlpool. Hot breakfast was OK-but included. Interior corridors a plus. Rate was very reasonable and a lot lower that I've paid at other hotels in the Tulsa area. No searching for deals anymore.

The Flea Bag Hotel
By Nicole, 8/13/06
Stayed at the hotel for only one night. After a full day of travel on the day of the most recent foil terror alert.Upon check-in was told that they would need to check me into a different room because the original one had been report of having an ant problem. The next mornong awoke to fleas all over my feet. They assured me that they had never had such a problem an quickly moved me. My feet, legs and back have over 50 bites. I Immediately checked. They wanted to charge me a full day and a half. In addition, the place smelled old, the rooms were rennovated on the cheap and the clerk/maintenace man was very rude. I would not recommend this place for even my worst enemy. Awful, awful, awful!! Old furniture Smelled funny Mattress, don't even ask Breakfast just okay Staff not competent Fleas!!!!
