Awful accomidations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/28/11
I needed to fax a document and the guy at the front desk attempted to fax it from their machine, but it was broken. This employee was very short with me and seemed anxious to get back to the book he was reading when I walked up. So I tried to get into the business center (and had to have someone come unlock it at almost 7:00 AM), and that copier/fax machine was broke as well. The room was dirty, and there's no wifi. Seriously. McDonalds and Motel 6 has wifi. This is such a let down for it being a Hilton. Most of the front desk employees were rude, and the hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood. I'll never stay here again.

The hot and humid environment was terrible...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/26/10
and then we get placed into a smoking room! The smell was very noticeable and it was only upon discovery of an ashtray that we realized the "mistake" by the careless staff. Smoking vs. non smoking is to be told to the customer first! Broken ice makers, no mini-fridge (originally, until we were placed into the non smoking room, and generally poor appeal. In terms of location, it was quite close to Yale Avenue, which houses many restaurants and places of interest. Because of the use of an external website instead of Hilton's own, the price was low, but for the disgusting treatment and maintenance of the hotel, it was not worth it.

No Ice Machines in 11 Story Building in the Summer
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/15/10
Ice machines do not work and are not getting fixed in a timely manner. 11 floor has been broken since June 20. They did work on 2 and 7 and now those are broke. You have to go to front desk to get ice...not convenient from any floor.

WARNING: Not all it's cracked up to be
By Lakin, 6/14/10
As a several year repeat visitor from the Miss Oklahoma Pageant group, I recommend you stear clear of this hotel. Every floor has a humid/moldy environment every year. The carpets in the hallways are stained and damp, and the ice makers do not work on any floor. One year we woke up to our carpet soaked from water from the air conditioner. If you are sensitive to mold, definitely stay away. This past week we experienced our bathroom with sewage backed up in the sink/toilet/bathtub. We called about the matter at 6pm and when we returned at 11pm, we realized that we hadn't been taken seriously as the problem had not been resolved. We were not able to get back into our room until 1am. While they compt'ed two nights, they gave us breakfast tickets that expired the next morning. We learned also that during the same week, another room had discovered ants in their bed (Note: while an exterminator was sent, they did not get any nights compt'ed). Also, in one of the meeting rooms there were bugs along the walls and crawling around the feet of those visitors present. While this hotel claims to be the "luxury hotel of Tulsa", its accomodations are lacking by far. It does not offer any refrigerators or microwaves, and they charge $10 per day for internet in your room (wired only). Wi-fi is only located in the lobby. There is a business center, but internet access in there is $5 for ten minutes. I hope you will take my advice and stay clear of this hotel. I know we will never stay here again. It gets worse every year.

Not worth the visit
By Jon, 12/7/09
Very disappointed. Heat did not work in room. Very cold. No computer connection in room. They charge a fee for that and it didn't even work. Made stay short because of all this. Towels felt dirty and floor was dirty. No refrigerator, no microwave. TV kept changing channels on its own. Lights turn off automatic even when you are in the toilet. Service in restaurant not satisfactory. Too many employees there all visiting with each other.

Could offer more
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/1/09
The lobby area was nice. However, it would have nice to have wireless access in the rooms and a continental breakfast included in the stay. I have recieved this service from other hotels not in the range of THE HILTON.

Horrible!!!!
By Yukonbrant, 11/19/05
My wife and I spent our one year anniversary at this place. We paid $139.00 for a room with Kind sized bed. The room smelled, water stains on ceiling from plumbing, loud air conditioner, wall paper was falling off the walls, breakfast was nasty,sever-cashier was sweating profusely with cuts on their hands. I wrote the company ,but they never responded. Don't stay at this hotel!!
