Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Airport, Oklahoma City

Found this Shop & Stay pkg on the Outlet Mall Website, which clearly lists what's included. Got price of $109 when booking. Arrive to find them scrambling to put together the bag & contents. Had to sign in @ rate of $129. Asked if that was the rate with tax, was told yes. Later call for shuttle to go shopping, am told it will be 40 min. When asked about this at time of booking, am told a 15 min wait. No big deal, except when I get in the shuttle, I'm brought right back with the driver having to pick up @ airport, saying be back in 10 min. I chose to ride to airport, we came back in 30 min, so 10 min was a lie. Had several inconvenient situations where key didn't work, made several trips to get new key, with arms full. Lights in bathroom burned out. Receive bill for $145, girl @ desk acknowledged mistake and said she'd fix. Come back later to check out, bill not fixed, had to go thru long, unpleasant exchange to get the rate we were quoted. Very nice accommodations tho the cooked to order breakfast was non-existent, and the overall feeling of being lied to will keep us from going back.

Weird layout. Must have previously been a motel. Now many of the rooms have windows that look out into a hallway! We were not allowed to switch rooms. Other rooms look out to the interiorly placed indoor pool, so not much privacy if you're on the first floor or second floor and like your windows open. There are only 2 floors. The room itself was recently re-done and nice. The "garden" at Wyndham Garden refers to some fake plants placed around the indoor pool.

The rooms were great and the pool was inside, which the kids loved... Totally remodeled and looks great! Can't wait to come back!

The Hotel used to be old. but they remoldeled everything..beautiful job.Would reccomend to anyone..Great Hotel

Our room was in need of a remodel, in wall airconditioner, hard bed, cheap carpet and the shower tub was chipped. When compared with the comfort of the Holiday Inn Express chain, we were disappointed and glad it was just an overnight stay. On a positive note, The morning front desk staff were extremely helpful.
