Americas Best Value Inn Shawnee, Shawnee

I disnt stay in the hotel, but used one of it meeting rooms, it was ok, not the cleaniest, but it would do, There were no working male bathrooms and only 1 female bathrooms in the hotel for people using the meeting rooms. Also no Heat, but they did bring in heating units, after I asked a couple of times, also had to contact this hotel, they dont answer there phones. Not going back at all, too many newer and professional hotels.

I want to say my family an I had a family reunion an many of us were from out of town we chose this hotel because it was where we stay before an like the indoor pool well the whole time we were there the pool was murky it was hot in there pool area games didnt work we went an opened up a roo at another near by hotel this hotel will not get my money again

We were a little worried because there were so many bad reviews of this place. We actually went to the Super 8 behind it and they pretty much ran us off, so we gave them a chance. The lobby was very impressive, as was the enclosed pool area and game room. It turned out not to be as ritzy as they were putting on, but it definately was not unclean. It looked as if its glory days had passed but it still had a touch of class. It did have cigarette burns along the tub, but that was the only complaint as to the state of the room. Being one of the cheaper places in town and having a bar, it did attract some seemingly "unsavory" characters, enough that we didn't feel safe parking our car around back. There was an extremely obnoxious family that let their very loud children play in the pool screaming until after 10pm, but the second I called and complained, they closed the pool. The ice machine was fixed. The resteraunt was closed the entire time and the continental breakfast was a few muffins and some orange juice. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

i was stay the other motel in this town it was so bad experience about many thing but this motel is very good. first come to the motel. lobby is so charming and front people so nice and bright and smile. room is good staff is good swimmig pool is very nice. and room rate is low . I will come this hotel again and again.

I like this hotel and people they are smile and fast service nice swimming pool nice clean room and good food and good price Value. very feeling of closeness.

The Hotel had a nice pool. When I checked in, they did not find my Yahoo Travel reservation. Luckily, they did find my name. The Ice machine did not work, they advertised HBO, but did not have it. The buffet they offered had food that looked old. There was no do not disturb sign in the room and when I asked, they said a maintenance person will deliver it, but they never showed up.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Ramada for one night and hated it. The pool was dirty and the hottub didn't work. Our bathtub had cigerette burns in it. There was a coffee maker and empty packs of coffee, and even if there would have been coffee i couln't have made any cause the coffee maker was dirty. There is a bar in the hotel so there was drunk people around all night. I went out side my room to get ice and there were drunk people kissing on top of the ice machine. I think the managment could help control what goes on in the hotel. well all i can say is we will never go back there!!!
