Great Visit
By Phatdaddy, 9/27/10
We arrived in Lawton before check in and they allowed us to check in early. Priceline had given us a smoking room and the front desk changed it with no problem. Our room was very clean and updated. We were in our room for 3 days while out for our sons graduation. It was located really close to the base and to Cache Rd. which is where everything is in Lawton. The front desk were great with directions to where we needed to go on base, (which we were not told by the Army). We ate breakfast there once, they had coffee, juice and milk, the traditional donuts and bagels. Pool was clean and quite my daughter had to try it out. Could not hear through the walls as some stated. If we ever had to go back it would be here this was the first time we had stayed at a Super 8 and was well worth the money. We were on a tight budget but it felt like a Hampton Inn or one of the higer priced chains. Pictures are of the hotel also.

Be open minded...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/22/10
I went to Ft. Sill/ Lawton for an Army Graduation. I was terrified about staying at this particular establishment because of all the reviews I came across dated from late 2009 early 2010, but because of the last minute planning it was the only place that had any rooms left. When I arrived it was late, however the front desk clerk was still very chipper and friendly. Despite the reviews expressing how dirty the place was our room was very clean. The breakfast offered is accomadating. Cereal, waffles, coffee, muffins..ect. The pool was clean. We asked for a downstairs room and as soon as one was avail. we were notified. I understand that everyone is looking for the best bang for their buck, but please be mindful that if a five star expierence is desired, then five star money needs to be spent. I would recommend this location who wants a clean, friendly place to rest and refresh themselves, not someone is looking for a spa like experience for approx, 70-80.00/night. Please be realistic. Also the place is remodeling to improve their already great service that they offer.

never again

Disinterested staff. They could not care less how your stay was. The toilet was broken. One place to get ice and it was hidden. Same with coffee creamer and sugar. When I ask where this stuff was the employee acted like I should have known where it was. Beds were hard.

Don't do it!!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/1/09
Dirty, old, smelly, & nasty is about enough to describe this hotel. For $10 more you can stay at a MUCH better hotel in Lawton.

Worst Place Ever
By Guy H, 8/3/08
I was desperate and booked a 2 night stay. When I got to my room there were bugs, the light bulbs were burnt out in half of the lights, the toilet was in pieces and there was mold all over the AC. It is in an extremely dangerous part of town. I left immediately and drove 30 miles to the next hotel with vacancy. A truly frightening experience! Don't waste your time and money!

We won't be back.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/13/07
We booked 2 rooms in early Oct for our son's Basic Combat training graduation. Pool was not usable till last day. Maintainance was a bit lack. Continental breakfast was a joke. Daughter found moldy pizza in microwave. Rooms were dingy. We'll stay some place else next time we're in Lawton.

Super 8 has always been the place we stayed. When we visted Oklahoma it's in a good location. You're in the middle of all the good spots. The people who work there were and are friendly. The place looks nice and clean.
