I will never go back

I was a Best Western costmor for the longest. If I stayed any were it was a Best Western. I have stayed in the Best Western in Miami 2 times befor this My last stay and I loved it. The rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. This last time I stayed I was ripped off at the frount desk. I was over charged. When I talked to managment they were not helpful and very rude. I will never stay there again

Don't even bother ....

The staff at the front desk were friendly, but it went downhill fast after that. I-40 is a 9 iron away from the hotel & I heard the truck traffic ALL night. It didn't help that there was a 1/4 gap under the door that let the noise & cold air in. Everything was clean, but looked & felt old & used. I moved across the street to the Super 8 & paid $10 less a night & was much happier.
