Historic building meets 1980s style.
We booked a room at the Cincinnatian last month, as an impromptu trip from Louisville, KY. When we checked in, we received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite and a $25 room service credit. The room was an atrium view, which wasn't exciting, but the balcony was a nice place for friends to sit when they came to visit. We used our room service credit for breakfast, which arrived at the exact time we requested. We only stayed one night, so there were a number of things we didn't utilize enough to review, otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
One thing to note is that the hotel underwent a renovation about 20 years ago, and it's starting to show its age, so if you're finnicky about the way your room is decorated, that might be a point of contention, but otherwise it's a great place in downtown Cincinnati.
