awful, Rude

The old woman cleaning lady was knocking at our door right at 11:00am. No lie she banged on the door and said it was time to leave. Then had the gual to have the desk clerk call 6 mins later to ask when we would be leaving. Very Very rude and unprofesional after getting 70 bucks out of me for half a night. The breakfast they offer is supposed to be until 10:am Well let me tell you it was cleaned up and gone by9:30. Not even a drop of coffee. My husband will never want to stay at a Days Inn again . Poor excuse for the Hotel owners family ran american hotel!!! Pure Crap . If your ever in that area spend the extra 20 bucks for the Holiday inn down the street it will be worth it

Never again!

I walked in and found that the toilet was never flushed completely from the last occupant. (So was there really maid service before I was given the room??? - there was no missing that it was not flushed.) Toilet would not flush for me in the morning also. Room really smelled - it had an overpowering plastic smell that I think probably came from the new looking shower curtain. Turned the heater on in the evening and about 5 minutes later the smoke alarm went off because something was burning in the heater. (So now I was dealing with the plastic and a burning smell). All they could offer me was a smoking room so opted to stay in the room with the heater unit unplugged. Told the front desk in the morning of the problems - they said they would look into it but they seemed unconcerned with my unhappy stay.
