This Days Inn is located approximately 10 miles from Montgomery County Fairgrounds and five miles from James M Cox Dayton International Airport. Recreational facilities include an outdoor pool with lounging area. Every morning, a complimentary continental breakfast is served. Not always true, but in this case price=what you get....low cost price for low quality stay. Shower walls had mildew stains, carpet was dingy.

Nice and comfy!

This hotel is in a good location with lots of restraunts nearby and other hotels yes its older but i have been there 3 times now and have had no problems. Each time I had a Fridge and micro in the room a comfy couch that opens up and a huge king bed....The Room was clean and the cont. break was good. They were most pleasant to me and I had no problems!

Run Down

The property is rather run-down and dingy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the price was low. During check-in, the staff was very unprofessional, using foul language to discuss a coworker with one another while I was standing at the counter.

Rude Manager

Had a situation at this hotel and a problem with the bill. The "manager" hung up on me 3 times. Was I ever surprised - especially since I have worked in the hotel / travel industry for 10 years. Not too sure I will ever use a Days Inn again.

Depending on who was at the desk depended on your service. One the clerks was very helpful, the other was RUDE!!!
