I stayed in this hotel with my family on weekend of june and this is the best place to stay in Grand Forks. They renovated all their rooms and swimming pool area is the best in town. Brand new hot tub and 8ft deep pool. Loved it!!. Breakfast was great with fresh waffles and rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and nice to us. We absolutely loved it and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Grand Forks.

We stayed in room 125 and it was the worst, the room was not very clean, the beds were very uncomfortable. The internet lasted 2 hours when we were there and never got fixed all weekend. The bar outside the window "Big D's" started at 8pm with very loud music this kept up till almost 2am. I made a couple complaints that we could not sleep and nothing was done, I asked for a room change said they were full. The next morning we asked for a new room and they asked us to vacate the room and they would move us into a new room, we had to wait till 2pm till we could move in even though the people moved out of room 122 first thing. Room was OK but found out that there was no hot water to have a shower. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked for a discount for the rooms for the 2 days I was told they could do nothing without the manager there and I would have to wait till 5 pm to get that. Talked to the manager then told there ther was nothing they could do. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

we stayed at this hotel for a little over a month and it was discusting! the bath room ceiling was peeling and had mold all over, the pool was so nasty i wouldnt let the kids go in it! the hot tubs had green rings around it, and black stuff on the bottom. the pop in the pop machines were 4-5 months out dated. house keeping would try to get out of doing your room as much as possible and only certian ones would make the beds. i would have to say one of the worst hotels ive stayed in.

Nice Pool, VERY VERY Spacious rooms. Front desk staff was very helpful and over all our stay was very comfortable.Good rates too and rooms were super clean with LCD TV.

The Travelodge is under new ownership as of Summer 2009, the new staff are Great! The facilities were very useful, they now have wireless internet throughout the entire hotel, and a computer in the lobby for guest use. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to all who want to experience a wonderful stay for a great price, in Grand Forks ND.

they staff was rude, the rooms were unkept, the staff blamed us for everything that went wrong in every room. all in all the whole stay was a bummer. they kicked out people we met there and became friends with because they looked like bad kids. they shouldn't base it on looks but reality. everytime the door was rigged we were blamed and when the door was broken cuz water got into the key card slot we were blamed for throwing water at it. all in all i would never stay there again

lets see, tv had no remote and took the desk people two hours to get us one. the pool area is badly in need of updating. the beds too were well past their prime. the breakfast was a bright spot though.

I go to Grand Forks about every 2 months and everytime I am here I stay at the Travelodge. It is close to the mall and all the good shopping locations as well as many nice restaunts. I enjoy staying here with and with out the kids. The best bang for your Canadian buck!! The Staff is always helpful and friendly. I am planning on going this weekend and I am staying here again.

First time visit-would not go back. The pool was freezing! Our 1 1/2 year old could not use the pool. No one was using the pool. We picked the hotel based on the fact that our child could be in the water. Complained on several occasions to the front desk-first we were told they were working on the problem, then we were told they weren't aware of a problem. Did not receive any compensation for it.
