Comfort Inn Bismarck, Bismarck

we always come there and have a few drinks after our city league games. we always drink our two pictures and then order food and usually we are good. well one night at the wonderfull comfort in i wanted to play black jack , i havent played there in about a year. when i went up there, she would not let me play because she said i spit in her face a couple of weeks ago, (i havent played there in a year). she would not let me play and she made a huge seen.not impressed , especially when her employees where very good about the situations and tring to talk to her about ir (plus they knew me for the last year or so). one person can make a very bad impression and she has done it before with other people. she has also been caught cheating there (i have heard) other wise it was a very fun place

Excellent Room! Great Lounge! Very Affordable! I'm stationed in Minot and the wife was leaving on a noon flight so we stayed the night in Bismark. Well my car decided that it did not like cold weather, the previous evening was very cold with plenty of snow on the ground! The help staff made sure my wife got to the airport on time, while the maintance people brought out a battery charger to get a charge back on my battery, well about an hour later the car was up and running again. To me this is what going beyond and above in customer service is all about. I have traveled to many places in this world, but the kindness and helpfulness I recieved on that visit was more than I ever expected or haver ever seen! Thank you guys and keep up the great service!! So yes I recommend anyone to stay there. I am going again this weekend to pick my wife up, and this time I might just get a chance to enjoy the pool and hottub!

We checked in about 6pm with no problems at the front desk. We were given drink coupons for their lounge. We headed up to our room. Room was spacious and clean. It was bright, and inviting with good colors. Bathroom was large and well equipped with shampoo and conditioner and eye makeup remover. It looks as it has been well cared for. Beds were fine, no problem. AC was a little noisy, but it would cool the room well. Our room had two queen beds, nice desk and was well set up. Lounge was too smoky to use their drink coupons, hope they change that someday. Their breakfast was wonderful; scrambled eggs, sausage, several types cereal, lots of pastry selections, make your own waffles, juice, coffee, tea, milk. Very easy on and off of the freeway. I would do this again if I get in the area, and will look for Comfort Inn again.

The hotel had lost our reservations. They had to squeeze us in because they were booked. We ended up with a room the size of a large closet, which is the opposite of what we originally reserved. We did not get a discount of any kind, or even a drink ticket. The front desk girl seemed more annoyed that someone had messed up our reservations and that she had to fix it.

It catered to our business needs. The front lady desk helped me answer any questions I had. The rates were very reasonable and the location is perfect.

Pool was great and warm and the housekeeping was great and made sure we had towels. Front Desk staff was very rude at check in. Carrie and Kate were very friendly though and helped us find our way to the church as we were in town for a wedding. As for others at front desk, they should not treat people that way if they expect people to return to the hotel.
