premium price but low budget rooms...

My wife an kids checked in for 140.00 for one night..Thats when we found out their was no cable TV. but the premium price did not reflect that...The so called AC would cut on every 3 to 5 mins with a loud thumping an buzzing....I only got some real rest when i turned the thing off complety...The bathroom was nasty an the toilet had piss all around the bottom next to the floor...nasty nasty nasty.. the bathroom door was warped an would stick at the top so when you went in or out of the bathroom you got a loud scraping that would wake everyone..I was not impressed at all.... no way will i stay their again one night was plenty for me....

Not worth your effort

I recently held an event at this location. From the beginning the hotel staff proved themselves to be discourteous, unprofessional and distrustful. Long story made short, they only provided half of the contract's terms and very half heartedly when they did so and ultimately ruined what should have been a perfect event. I have video and pictures documenting there faults and the staff still insists that they executed their contractual obligations. Bottom line this facility is falling apart from the inside and the staff is utterly unreliable. Next time I know to choose the City Hotel & Bistro or the Marriott. Save your money, and go somewhere else.

Greenville stay

I stay in Greenville a week or so a month. the Hilton is the best in town. Pros.... 1. The dinner menu in the resturant is the best in town. 2. The bartendar remembers your drink of choice throughout the week 3. The room was clean and very quiet 4. Chris at the front desk remembered me by name all week. 5. Walking distance and numerous other eateries Cons.... 1. Normal Diamond VIP Hilton Honors room have robes and drink tickets are provided 2. The pool was in need of work 3. No laundry facilities Plan on staying there when ever in Greenville!

No mirrors in bedroom,halls, lobby

Two of us had a hard time arriving at an appointment on time. One person used the bathroom and mirror there to get ready. The other person had to search through the hotel for a mirror. At 7 am finally found a mirror in a dimly lit bar. Had to use that to get ready. The hotel desk clerk didn't have a small mirror and didn't care anyway.
