Deluxe Inn Lumberton, Lumberton

I hated this place . We had made reservation early that day but we didn't get the key. They took our credit card number and gave us a confimation number . We go back to the room at 10:30 and they have already given our room away. I thought giving your card number hold your room.The clerk was disrepectful.She had to phone the General manager to see if we could get a discount on a room and him/her said "No". We told her that we were going to complain later and she said I am not going to give you a room if your going to file a complaint.We didn't have any where to go every hotel was booked up so we had to tell her we were not going to complain. They gave us a room that did't have any towels or air the tub was dirty and it smelled stinky. We got up the first thing that morning and left and went to a better hotel. Don't ever go there you get what you pay for. DON'T GO Kyna
