Impressive looking!

We stayed at this hotel for business Dec. 26-29th. The lobby is very impressive...the rooms not so. The first night we were in rm. 597 and it was very dark, small and both room and bathroom were very outdated. When we talked to asst. front desk manager Ryan White about changing rooms, he didn't ask why,he just did it. We were moved into room 2788 which was much nicer than first room. Bigger, nicer amenities, brighter! Ryan is a true professional that still knows the meaning of customer service. EVERYONE was so nice. There was alot going on at the hotel that weekend, debutante ball, christian crusade, wrestling tournaments, meetings......it was fun to watch all the excitement.
Down side of our stay was; the loud party in the Presidential Suite that was near our room and the LOUD slamming doors at all hours of day and night. The maids were loud and let doors bang shut every time they'd go in or out of rooms.
The only restaurant open out of like seven, was Joseph's which was a little pricey and food average.
The pool was over run with small unsupervised children.
All in all.........
The people in Greensboro are so friendly, we can't wait to go back.
