Knights Inn Henderson, Henderson

I stayed at the Days Inn in Henderson with my family for a weekend. Comfortable & pleasant stay.The new management & owners are renovating the entire property.I would highly recommend for service & price.

I recently stayed at this hotel. I was travelling home from a long business trip and stop in for a good nite sleep. The beds were comfortable, good a/c, and very hot water. The staff was very friendly. So friendly they were willing to listen to my jokes. There was a sign up saying "under new management" I was reluctant to stay once I saw the sign. I'm glad I stayed. The waffles were great. Plan to stop on my way to Jersey City next month.

dont know what problems you had i have stayed at this hotel many times no problems very friendly people great restaurant on premises rates are good nice quiet clean place to stay

This hotel was NASTY! We checked in after 9pm with the temperature outside in the high 80's. They did not even had the A/C on in the rooms. It was easily over 90 degrees in our room. With the small window unit they had it was midnight before it was cool enough in the room to sleep. They toilet had been used and not flushed in our room and they did not have any soap or shampoo to use. The shower curtain had mold growing on the backside of it. Notified consumer hotline for Days Inn and was told I would be contacted within 7 days by the hotel. No one ever contacted me. Days Inn offered me after the 7 day wait a $25 certificate good for a stay at a Days Inn. Why would I want to stay at another one? Complaint filed with BBB.

My reservation was for a king bed. They tried to give us two double beds, the remote for the tv didn't work, there was no hair dryer, beds were extremely hard and the linens were dirty. We were moved to a room with a king size bed which was cleaner, however, the bathtub mat was filthy and the curtains didn't fully close. I had to secure the curtains to the doorknob to keep them closed. The tv cable came down an outside wall through the crack in the door to the tv. The breakfast was lacking. There was cereal but no milk, there was a waffle iron but no waffle mix, no juice, the bread looked old, however the coffee was great. If I had not booked reservations and could have gotten my money back, we would have stayed at another hotel.
