The Plaza, New York

Great hotel, great location. Unbelievable service

This hotel is the appitamy of class. With views of Central Park and the finest luxuries this hotel is definately a clasy way to enjoy New York City

i loved the service and the beautiful rooms. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms, warm cumfy feeling, you jus never want to leave. It was a great experience and im planning on going again.

it just has everything any one is looking for is romantic, family oriented, relaxation and nice view. the area is just perfect snd the way is build is like art just espetacular.

Our family decided to spend Christmas in New York, and of course, we wanted to stay at The Plaza. When we got there, I was disappointed because our room was GREEN. I hate the color GREEN. We called back down to the desk and explained our dilemna. In a matter of minutes we were changed into another room. The service was all you would expect from a 5-star hotel. We will definitely revisit at another time.

I like NY because is traditioal and confort and elegant if you want. I can go walking every place I like nearby, and more! Only maybe, I do not like that most of the time,the city is too crowded? Any way,it's NY and I love NY !

The Plaza is one of the most hospitable places to stay. It is a New York landmark, and if you don't stay, you at least must visit this beautiful property. I was happy to find out that many of the rooms will be available to the public after its conversion. My husband and I, as well as our wedding guests, stayed at the Plaza last fall. When I arrived, much to my distress, I found that my wedding dress had not!! Or rather, it had arrived, but could not be located. I was beside myself. The hotel staff was so sympathetic and helpful in their efforts to locate the dress. It was later in the evening, and the manager on duty said that he would not go home until the dress was located, or until a solution was found. The dress was eventually found and was personally delivered to me in the bar of CPS, before it finally made its way to our room. It was a happy ending, and I felt that the staff was exceptionally responsive and genuinely concerned. Everyone should stay in the Plaza at least once in their lifetime. It is a magical place.

i was treated first class and i was tipping left and right.they earned it every body was smiling staff and guests and that made my stay a dream

this place was so0o0o0o0o spectacular....except for the service..it was really slow ...and thats bad!!....its a very beautiful plce to be in...very busy with lots of people....bye
