Sheraton At The Falls, Niagara Falls

Horrible customer service. Everyone we encountered around the hotel had nothing but complaints. They authorized nearly $500 on my debit card, despite the fact that I had pre-paid for the rooms. That was way more than the $150 I approved for incidentals. Then the staff was completely unwilling to help me. SHERATON AT THE FALLS RUINED MY VACATION!

My boyfriend bought the Groupon for this hotel thinking is would save some money (which it turned out to not- to redeem the TGIFridays coupons you had to buy 2 entrees and at the spa you had to spend at least $75). This isn't really the hotel's fault, it's more Groupon's for not advertising appropriately, but it put a bad taste in our mouths. We stayed two nights- A Friday and Saturday. The positives: -Everyone who worked there was very nice -It's right across from the casino and very very close to the falls. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance The negatives: -The toilet wouldn't stop running. After one flush it just kept going. We told the front desk and they had someone come up and he messed with a little and it fixed. About two hours later it did the same thing so we said forget about it and just let it go until it stopped. It did this several more times during our stay -The tv only had 2 channels. I'm not huge into watching television on vacation but it's nice to have something to come back and relax to after walking all day in the cold. We asked at the front desk if that was normal and someone came up to fix it, but even then there were only about 7 channels and most of them were Christian channels and we are not Christian people so I found this pretty irritating -You have to pay 5 dollars a day for parking. Seriously? And the worst part..... There were FINGERNAILS AND TOENAILS all over the floor. They clearly didn't vacuum before we came. We didn't notice this until Saturday afternoon when we had already opted not to have the room cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. Based on this alone I will not be going back to this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights.I must say our room was clean and nice.King size bed was very relaxing after the whole day walking tours.Front desk staff was also nice.If you are visiting the US side niagara falls ,then the location is great.It is close to the nearby visiting places even to the Kohinoor Indian cuisine where we enjoyed our buffets.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. My husband and I were there for the Lettermen concert at the Seneca Casno so we only stayed one night but I wish we could have been there longer. It's right across the parking lot to the casino which was very convenient. Just wish that breakfast was included. Our friends stayed at a cheaper hotel and got breakfast.

For the price we paid to stay at this motel we were very disappointed. First of all you have to pay to park at this motel. You would think that $200 plus a night would cover parking and when I made the comment about that the lady at the front desk just stated that she had to pay $25.00 at the last motel she stayed at. Then there was the toilet that would not flush in our room. We had to use the ice bucket to fill up with water and flush the toilet. We only stayed one night and that was enough for us.

Staff was pleasant, polite & accomodating. However, when we checked into our room at 4:00, room not complete - pillows needed to be finished. Could not locate bath mat. Had only 1 wash cloth (there were 3 of us). Second day, received no coffee, third day, coffee cups not cleaned. And we leave a tip daily for housekeeping. Hair on the bathroom floor and no bath tub, only shower stall. We paid over $850 for 4 nights and felt it could have been nicer.

First off ,the good points. The food and service in the restaurant were very good; the same goes for the front desk. Now for the bad. The room we stayed in was not very clean. The carpets were stained and dirty and in the bathroom we found used bandaids from a previous guest in the trash can. Some of the towels and washcloths had frayed ends, one having a large black stain (hair dye?). I took pictures of the above,plan on sending them to management.

Stayed one night. We asked for an early check-in time, and the room was ready when we arrived at 2pm. The staff was friendly enough, but not very well informed (two of the employees at check-in couldn't give us directions to the Maid of the Mist?) Hotel was clean, and we felt safe in the general area. Skip thr breakfast buffett though-expensive and the food was not worth the price. All else was good! (Very good location for all the falls activities)

They lost my luggage from the bell service. It is really bad experience.
