This hotel is a joke. I had booked the room without loking at all of the horrid reviews about the hotel. After reading, I called and cancled the room 4 days prior to our arrival. I was still charged on my credit card, and they refuse to give me a refund because they lost my info. I have been trying to get ahold of anyone that knows what they are doing and can't seem to. I was told by them that if I cancel 48 hours before my arrival, that there would be no charge. I called 4 days before, and was still charged. When I called to cancel, I was told that it was no problem, and no charge. When I asked for a confo number, they said it was not needed and that it was all taken care of. There is zero customer service at this hotel. Be aware that if you make a reservation at this hotel, you probaly will not get your money back if you have to cancel. I also recomend that if you are thinking of booking this hotel, that you look at the reviews first.

The room is not clean. Dust all over the Sofa, I also got infected by bed mites bite right after I went to sleep. The management should take their best effort to clean the room since it's already been complained by review.

Registered Sex Offenders are housed here as well as low income families ( this combination is a corrupt New York State practice) On registered sex offender sites the address is listed as 34 not 24, The hotels real address, this is meant to mislead innocent travelers (34 is a fence company) this company should decide if it wants to be a hotel or housing. Our children are being needlessly put in danger here.

The rooms are dirty and infested with insects. Also there is mold growing on the walls. This motel is a danager to your health. The manager was setting up breakfast in his underwear. Very unhealth.

If you demand excellence in your lodging accommodations, this place is not for you. If you want a cheap room that is reasonably clean with reasonable space, then this is your motel. My wife and I stayed here for two nights in July 2008. It was $20 cheaper than any motel in the area. The room had a king size bed with refrig and microwave , which was a plus because the original room we signed up for made no mention of those appliances. I thought the cleanliness of the place was fine, my wide didn’t, in fact, it was the first time ever she wouldn’t let me tip the maid. The sheets/bed and bathroom were clean, we both agreed with that, but my wife didn’t like the cleanliness of the rugs (when was the last time they were shampooed?) and in between the bureau and behind the bureau. In other words, it needed a good spring cleaning. It is a shame because the room is in very good condition and exquisitely decorated. We originally thought we were going to be in a Evergreen room. I noticed some of the rooms had that label on the front door, ours didn’t, when I asked the management about it, he said that all a Evergreen room has is a humidifier and pets are not allowed. He didn’t really say anything further as to why we were not given one, but since our room had the refrig and microwave and a King bed(when signed up for a Queen), I didn’t press the matter any further. Our room was on the Thruway side of the motel, but as someone already mentioned , it was not an issue. We could barely hear the cars since the air conditioner was on.

This motel is close to the Northway and is also a bargin. The other motels are exactly the same without the location or price. Call here first before booking anywhere else.
