Disgusted! I would never go back!

After traveling for 3 hours, waiting in the lobby for 15 mins to get checked in was unexcusable. The parking area had an extremely strong odor of skunk. The balcony screen was ripped, therefore we could not keep it open without bugs entering the room.
No room service was offered to us, and a dark barlike restaurant is not my idea of a first class italian restaurant. To my husband's disgust, the coffee that was offered as a free amenitie was non-existent,unless you prefer the last ounce of the pot, and the breakfast was nowhere to be found, except for the old box of doughnuts that was near the empty coffee pot.
We were totally disappointed, and left a day early,with no refund available.
