Crowne Plaza White Plains, White Plains

When I registered at the front desk and said my car is parked at the entrance I asked where is the complimentary parking. I was told that there was no complimentary parking but since there was some confusion I would not be charged. When I got to my room, I checked the Charge Refrigerator and found some other person stuff and called the front desk because drinks were missing. Well they came up, took out the old food, reset the refrigerator and I was told the water was complimentary. Here we go again. The next day I called the front desk and they told me I was could not have read that the parking was complimentary in the Web advertising. If you read the features in Yahoo "it says complimentary parking” They called me back (in my room) and said you are wrong the web site does not say complimentary. When I got my bill I was charged for the complimentary water, I was charged for the complimentary parking and I was charged for wine that was not in the refrigerator in the first place. My Daughter and her husband stayed at the same hotel. They were charged for all sorts of stuff in the refrigerator that was never touched. Well, they lie. Don’t stay here.
