Excellent Location

Stayed two nights and would definitely stay again. Great location right off the interstate. Walmart and other shops within walking distance. The mall is about a mile away. Ordered room service and the food was great. Plan to stay there in the future.

Please Be Aware!

I really dislike the fact that the Holiday Inn in Plattsburgh was the only facility that had the nerve to charge our account for services not rendered. When my husband and I could not make the trip to NY as planned, I contacted the Holiday Inn, but they refused to cancel our reservations prior to the seven day in advance must purchase rule and charged our account to obtain the money for a 3 night stay in a room that we have not even seen! I would recommend Super 8 and Enterprise Car Rental as they responded appropriately when we called them with our concern of needing to cancel.

Pool and quiet

THis hotel has a large pool which is always quiet and excellent for doing laps. If a lively bar scene is not important to you but quiet is, this could be the place.
