Comfort Inn Airport, Rochester

Great location, and the gentleman that picked us up at the airport when we came back was wonderful. The only problem we had was when the door to the bathroom was closed the hook on the back of the door fell off hitting me in the head. Then when I tried to open the door, the door was stuck and wouldn't open. Unfortunately it was in the middle of the night and I had to pound on the door and yell for my husband for quite awhile before he awoke.to let me out. Which was another problem because he had to use his shoulder to hit the door over and over until the top part of the door opened then his foot to kick nurmerous times to get the bottom of the door to open. When we told the front desk that morning of the problem we incountered he didn't act surprised at all, and stated " he have to have someone look into it". I worry that if someone by themselves or a child uses that bathroom the same thing will happen and God knows how long they will be stuck in there. If my husband had not been in the room, i would have been there all night until housekeeping arrived in the morning.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were old, dirty. Insulation was falling out of the bathroom door. The front desk employees were some of the rudest people I have ever met. It would not surprise me to see this "hole in the wall" go out of business soon.

It was clean and had beautiful rooms. They got us to the airport very early in the morning to catch our flight. The service was excellent.
