Rodeway Inn Gallup, Gallup

I have traveled all over the state of nm for the last eleven years and have stayed in many many hotels. Out of all the hotels ive stayed in over the years ive found the rodeway to be the best value for the quality. Parin Patel offers some of the best customer service I've had throughout the years. If yo are traveling through the gallup area i highly suggest checking out the rodeway inn!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is wonderful. Maybe a bit pricy, but well worth it. It's a lodging experience you will not forget. The outside landscaping is beautiful, the interior is fabulous and the customer service is fantastic. Room was extremely clean and very nice amenities. Great location.

I thought this hotel was great for a family on a budget....

Vieux motel délabré et sale. Meubles abîmés, douche sale, linge de toilette pas propre. Motel très bruyant en face de la ligne de chemin de fer où les trains circulent toute la nuit. Clientèle bas de gamme d'ouvriers et chauffeurs de camions qui font la fête toute la nuit, jettent leurs bouteilles sur le parking. Ce motel n'est absolument pas destiné à des touristes. Il y a des dizaines d'autres motels bien plus propres et confortables à Gallup.

This is the worst of the Choice Hotels I have ever stayed. The phone did not work, the clerk just gave me attitude when I called him on my cell and hung up on me twice before I could ask all my questions. He told me the check out time was 10am and on my confirmation from Choice Hotels it clearly states 11am. The pillows were both stained beyond cleaning them to make them right. The toilet seat was stained and cracked and needed to be replaced. If I had not been so tired I would have left. When I woke up in the middle of the night sweating it turned out the A/C had stopped working and also my back was killing me because the bed was so hard and has springs coming up that you could clearly feel. The next morning when I went to take a shower ALL the towels were stained and not properly cleaned. I called the manager and showed him all the problems and he said he would not charge for the room. BUT NOW it turns out he was lying because I have been charged and will now make a formal complaint to Choice Hotels. Choice Hotel this is not, AVOID!!!

it was preety nice and all new furniture, carpet, new tv, etc. and really nice guest service. and very hot warer all day. i agree to go there.

it is preety nice room and all new furniture and carpet and and the nice things is they give a good rate. from others motel if u dont mind i always go there now 2 times a month.

There are other motels everywhere in gallup. And you should go to them. The room was dirty, i was a little scared of the tenents that lived all around me and when the people in the next room showered, the scent of cologne was to much to bear. We tried to save a little money and were jipped on a good nights sleep.

Our car broke down in Gallup and we were referred to the Economy Inn by the car repair shop. We were told that they would give us a discount if we told them we were referred by the shop. Once we arrived they informed us that the a/c was not working, but graciously offered a discounted rate after we told them we were referred. Later on, using the hotels barely existent wi-fi internet out of boredom due to the fact that the advertised HBO channel did not exist, we found that we had actually paid full price for our room, despite either the referral or the fact that the a/c was broken. Other than that, they were very friendly, to the point of harrasment, yet managed to have fairly poor customer service. An ant infestation in the bathroom added to the overall cleanliness of the room. There is a Super 8 right next door that offers all the same amenities, but actually has them, where the rooms go for nearly half the price.
