Bedbugs!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/07
I stayed there in late February for one night as I was leaving in the early morning for a flight. The location was great and the restaurant was fine. The next morning, as I was flying out, I started getting an itching in my back and when I got home, my wife noticed a large number of small bites on my lower back. I immediately tried to write the hotel, and eventually found somewhere to put in a complaint on the web site (it wasn't easy to find a place on the web site to tell them something they didn't want to hear). The next day, I got a customer satisfaction survey and put in the same comments. A month and a half later, I still haven't heard back from them. I'm not impressed by that. The itches are gone, but I'm never going back to that place, if they're not going to admit their problems and deal with unhappy customers.

Lovely people!

I cannot describe how wonderful the staff and service at this hotel was for us. They were friendly and very helpful. The food service was also excellent. We arrived late, but the dining room still served us with courtesy and professionalism. The food was worth the wait.
