Not good custom service

I have a slot bonus ticket which I got by paying the bus fee once. But I did not bring my Id with me. They told me I can come next time and get it. I came today. But they said if I want to get it I have to pay for their bus again, which I did not. I think it is reasonable to get this bonus since I already paid it. I am not sure I will went to atlantic city again, I can never get this bonus. Really nothing more to say about their service. They just really do not care about their custom. very cold attitude.

I DON"T HAVE ANY WAY TO BACK OUT!!!!!

Bus patrons mistreated

Bus patrons were treated terribly..were made to stand inline for hours to get players cards which were needed to get their coupons used. I stopped going to Bally's and AC in general because of poor customer service.I complained to the attendants when I saw so many senior citizens made to wait for hours on Saturday April 30. The casino lost thousands of dollars by this promotions desk inefficiency. Gloria V.Curry

Worst Experience ever!

Worst experience I've ever had! I took a chance and ignored all the bad ratings on the internet, but do yourself a favor, save yourself and your wallet from a huge disappointment. Our room in the Claridge Tower looked like a CHEAP motel. Funny thing is, we absolutely did not spend "cheap motel" money to book this room that Saturday night. My boyfriend and I booked an appointment for a couples massage at their "spa". We found out that the woman who booked our appointment made a mistake and scheduled us for the FOLLOWING week. When we arrived, they told us all the masseuses were too "tired" and would not squeeze us in. We drove FIVE hours from home to get this thrown in our face??!!?? We had been anticipating this for weeks! The manager ended up giving me a free sample of their scrub and body wash, and complementary use of their pool and jacuzzi's, but that doesn't help the fact that we were, and still am, extremely IRATE. We will NEVER be staying at Bally's again. Complete waste of our time and money.

Never go back!

Was devoted to going to Claridge & Bally's. Ever since Bally took over the buses they have completely changed things for the worst.I was at Bally's for the day on June 2008. When it came for me to have to eat,I decided to eat at Virginia Buffet at the Wild West. The worst thing I ever did.Because I have the gold card ,had to go to a different line. White card useser were to be first on the waiting list.P.S. an hour and a half later I was finally allowed to go on the escalater.Never ever would I ever go back there.It used to take me two and a half hours to drive there,and to be treated like low class is unacceptable.Why is it the machines don't care what color card you use when you are playing?They have no problem taking your money,whether you use gold or white card.I Have stayed at the Claridge many a time,never had a problem.Never would I ever go back to Bally's again!

Bad Customer Service!

I reserved 4 rooms for the weekend. The keys on numerous time didn't work,making my guest and I walk 15 minute back to the front desk The reservation check out day was wrong and it took all of Friday night to resolve. The front desk were very rude and didn't resolve our problem,only directing my to a phone number that only send me back to the front desk. This place was a nightmare!I would never go back

this place was horrible. the bathroom was the nasty, there was no mat in the bathroom tub, the service was nosiy i would put the" do not disturb" sign on the door and they would still knock on the door and annoy me. If you in atlantic city and you want a nice hotel stay at showboat or taj mahal they are nice

What a dump

We were sent an offer to stay at Bally's Atlantic City. What they do is put you in the OLD Claridge's. IT is a dump. The carpets had burn holes, the windows were so dirty you could not see outside. IT is a classic bate and swtich. Do not go there. Many other nice hotels for the money

THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TRIP TO BALLYS ATLANTIC CITY. GETTING VERY NERVOUS AT READING THE REVIEWS WE ARE ARRIVING ON NOV 1ST 2009 ANS SURE HOPE IT IS A LOT BETTER THAN WHAT I HAVE BEEN READING. Just came back from staying at Paris in Las Vegas, had the Perfect Vacation! Decided to head down to AC for a few days, always liked Bally's so I booked 3 nights...drove 6 hours, arriving at noon told room should be ready in about 1 hour or so...checked back, no room, checked every hour, still no room... finally room was ready at 6pm. Next day gone almost all day, came back to shower and go out for evening, room never cleaned called housekeeping and someone came up and handed me some towels, same the next day, on the day we were to depart housekeeping was there at 9 am to clean the room! Requested upper room with ocean view, got a view of the roof! Most of the restaurants were closed. The only good thing was the bed was extremely comfortable... Will never stay there again!!!!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever had...not how I wanted to spend my vacation, begging for amendities I'm paying for!!!!!
