Salon should be advertised

I stayed at the Golden Nugget for 7 days and just returned home yesterday. I absolutely loved everything about the entire stay. All of the employees were more than helpful. We are both retired but still in our 50's and love to stay at nice quiet out of the way but luxurious hotels. The Golden Nugget is our favorite in Las Vegas. The only negative comment I have about the Golden Nugget, is that even though I have stayed at the Golden Nugget several times and used the Spa several times I did not know they had a full service salon. I thought they just did a blow dry and style kind of service. So I always go somewhere else to get my hair done. The salon isnot advertised as full service and is sort of hidden in the Spa. The day after I had my hair done at a Las Vegas Salon I went in to the Spa for a massage and facial. That was when I noticed someone getting a full service hair color, cut etc. When I mentioned to the Spa Director that I wish they advertised better for the full service salon because I would rather have had my color and cut with them, she looked and spoke to me very rude condescing tone and said, it is advertised in your room and we have posters everywhere, you should have asked. I disagreed, the posters all have SPA in huge letters and Salon in little tiny letters. Obviously this Courtney did not like me sharing my opinion. It was the only bad part of my stay, everyone else was wonderful and after asking around I found out that the salon has a great hairstylist named Cathy. So I will as for her next time and I won't try to give any helpful advice to the Spa Director. But all in all I had another great trip to the salon.
