Fitzgeralds Casino & Hotel, Reno

We would like to take this time and tell you what A great time we had staying at your hotel/casino from November 9, to Nov, 11 we were there celebrating our 25th wedding annivarsary the dining was great the waitresses/waiters the cocktail waitress were very pleasant and hospitality was great. If you are in a hurry....don't visit the Fitzgerald. The service is friendly and efficient, but just like the elevators, it is slow. We went to the Fitz for a long awaited weekend getaway and enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect...right in the center of the strip. The rooms were clean and spacious (we were on the fifth floor). The food at Limericks was great, Molly's was average. Good times at the slots, Keno, and Roulette. The VALUE is great....We will be back.

We have stayed at Fitzgeralds before because we like the Irishness of the place and the famous slow elevator. We stayed there last fall and the lower level playing area smelled like urine. The buffet was closed even thought there was someone handing out coupons for it. We were really disappointed in it. I don't know if we'll stay there again.

the review kismycandi gave was absolutely untrue. The service was excellent, the suite was precise and the customer service was above any expectations a couple could even imagine. Kismycandi probably had a bad experience since she was on a budget.

large clean rooms,quiet at night,enjoyable setting, accesible to everything within walking distance,great indoor parking FREE with validation stamp!!Service was good , many , many machines to try your luck with Check in could have been a little earlier but we checked our bags with the bell hop until we could get into the room.

This was our first time staying at the Fitzgerald and we will now make it our place to stay when visiting Reno. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I was amazed at how comfortable the beds were! Yes, the train tracks are right next door and yes, the train went through several times during the night. But we love trains and the whistle didn't bother us--in fact it gave us another reason to want to stay. The slots were the loosest I've ever seen on a consistant basis. The food at the buffet and Molly's Restaurant was delicious. Everyone from the valet attendants, cashiers, registration clerks and floor personel was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

The Fitzgeralds is located in the heart of downtown...within walking distnace to everything. The hotel has nice, spacious rooms and the rooms are very clean. The casino has slots that like to pay and their players card actually gives you rewards while you're there. You don't have to play for a year to get good prizes. The service and staff are excellent. And they send you free rooms once every 4 months or so for two night stays! Can't find a complaint at this hotel!

The staff is horrible they run away when you need them, the management is always conveniently unavailable. The place is dirty and run down… they put mirrors on the walls so it seems bigger than it is. The place is a RIP-OFF. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

I liked the personal touch. Our visit was on our anniversary, and when we got to our room, it had a Happy Anniversary Banner on the wall....just for us!!!
