Awful experience and ripped off
By ,
Tried to book thru the hotel and was given the runaround thru the automated system and told they don’t have any rooms available. We booked a "Pet Stay Deluxe Suite Room from a third party Hotels and paid $100 more a night for the “Pet Stay Room”. We got to the Hotel and were charged an additional $56.00 a night for cleaning the room. We went to the room and found dog food on the floor and the room was not a suit. Spoke to the front desk and was told to contact the booking department, contacted the booking department and was told we booked thru a third party contact them. We never contacted Hotels we were tired of the fighting and just wanted to have a good time, not ruin our vacation fighting with the hotel and the booking department. Hotel Parking was full and the Valet who spoke English wouldn’t communicate with me on how to get my car parked. The hotel charges for internet, who in this day and age charges for internet. I thought this was supposed to be a classy organization. Decided to stay one more night because I WON BIG!!! And was told at the front desk to book thru the automated number, I called the automated number and was told to go to the front desk. Finally the desk extended our stay one more night was almost beat up in the lobby by another guest who the hotel had apparently also upset and didn’t like the fact he had to wait in the long line to check in like I had to. After all that I was still charged an additional $100 a night more for the “Pet Stay Room and an additional $100 a night for the Suite which I didn’t receive and charged an additional $56 a night for the cleaning fee which the room was never cleaned the entire time we were in the room. My only consolation is that I won other than that, this was an awful experience and will stay in a Motel 6 where we at least get the service we pay for.

Loved pool, slots not so much!!
By ,
Loved Ceasers!! Free upgrade to Augustus Tower. Room was huge and clean!! Pools were wonderful. The only negatives are it's a long way to the pool, but worth the walk. Also slots were terrible!! Didn't gamble there after the first day and won lots at other casinos. Overall will stay again for the shopping, shows, restaurants and pools.

Caesar's Roman tower rooms are dumps
By ,
Roman tower rooms are old and dumpy. Amazing what they charge for a really crappy room. They wanted 40 bucks a night to upgrade us to another tower. Caesar's might have the central location on the strip but you can do a lot better for your money else where.

Great Stay Great experience!
By ,
I loved the staff, very friendly, great rooms, decor and ambience. Casino was normal but had difficulty finding lower priced table games. everything I saw when I walked in was a minimum of $50.00 that's alot for the average American income. The average person looks to spend $10.00 on a table. The pools were sensational and the women were good looking too. Can be for all ages and families as well. Absinthe was a great show! kind of vulgar and unexpected but very good. Only thing i didnt like was the ridiculous line at the Buffet! Buffet front clerks were very slow and not friendly. They need to improve their service on those 2-3 indiviuals! The staff inside the buffet was awesome and the food was great but the lines were ridiculous and there were several open tables open with servers waiting for customers. Staff was just moving very slow upfront.

Not Worth The Money!!!
By ,
Our recent stayed at the Caesars was disppointing. We paid approximately $200/night and end up in a dusty room with no fridge and no internet service. They charged us $14.99 for internet which can only be registered to one laptop. The rusty dirty window was not a pleasant view of the strip. The closet was located inside the bathroom with the safe. An upgrade would cost extra $75 a night to have a view of the Bellagio fountain. There's also a pro...the hotel is located in the middle of the strip, heart of everything with many shops. The pool was nice and Celine Dion concert was a great. Overall I would prefer spending the money staying at a nearby hotel. Definitely not worth the money.

THIS IS THE ONE!
By ,
Stayed here late April, we were early for our check in and yet the front desk gal was more than happy to change our assigned room and get us in. She even gave us her name on the back of a card should we plan a return trip. Very courteous and helpful! The room was FANTASTIC for the dollar value, ceiling to floor glass which made for a wonderful scenic omantic room. This place was only $150.00 more for the room than the Mirage and it was money WELL SPENT. If you do not want to be disappointed in your room and want comfort at the end of your long days in Vegas...this is the place to stay HANDS DOWN......CHER was well worth the money but pay the bucks and get as close to the front as possible. The concert will give you the best impact, and it IS WORTH every penny! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one, both SHOW AND HOTEL!!!

Not exactly as nice as we expected!
By ,
Remember, we paid $483 per person for 4 nights and airfare from Chicago. We just stayed for 4 nights, July 19 - 23. The place is nice, but showing some age. The room was clean, but needs some updating badly. Beds were soft and saggy in the middle. Slow to make up the rooms everyday. Restaurants were not to our taste and food was not very good, and way too expensive for what you got. Seemed like this place is full of people putting on the dog too. We stayed at New York, New York last year, and found it to be nicer, newer, and foods were more to our liking. Caesars casino was nice, but no visible winners seen anywhere. It's OK, and we would stay again if the deal were right. Sgt. Pepper show was great! Peep Show sucked, and Nick Cannon sucked, especially when he was calling out the "white customers" and calling them racists. You felt the uneasyness in the room. It wasn't funny, it was stupid, on his part. Still LOVE Vegas!!!!!!
