Great Room the maids need a raise
By ,
My only complait was the fact there free Wifi was very weak and would not work in our room, I would love to see a wireless modem in the room. No one anymore has a laptop that plugs in to a phone line they are wireless. Hey a cheep hotel 6 at least has great Wifi, this hotel won't use modems then up grade your Wifi system.

Security Guards moved us off our sunloungers!!
By ,
The hotel is amazing, on arrival we were shown the 5 beautiful pools and shown to a lovely room overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The next day we went to the pool for a day of sunbathing at 9.00am. There were 2 pools that got the sun all day and they were not open as they said the hotel was under occupied. The main pool did not get the sun until 4.00pm. After sitting in the cold and shade for an hour we got up and went to one of the pools with the sun to be told by the lifeguards that we were not allowed in. We ignored them and sat in the sun with 3 other rebelious guests. After an hour 2 hotel "managers" arrived with 6 security guards to move us off the sun loungers, we could not believe it. We were told rudely that we had to move and security had come to move us to the pool in the shade. We all protested and asked to see someone in charge, these were not in fact "managers" but the check in clerks who had checked us in and proudly shown us the 5 pools. Eventually after a lot of serious conversations on walkie talkies, the actual manager arrived and after we complained again about the outrageous treatment we were allowed to stay by the pool in the sun and the other less rebelious guests were also allowed there,......but... we were not allowed to move the sun loungers to face the sun!! I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many hotels of all standards, but I can say that I have NEVER had security called to move me off my sunlounger!! We will be back to Las Vegas but not staying at Ceasers.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT CAESARS AGAIN.
By ,
MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO LAS VEGAS FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS IN A ROW.WE ALWAYS STAY AT CAESARS. CAESARS BEEN ADDING NEW TOWERS FOR NEW ROOMS,BUT THEY HAVE NOT INCREASE THE AMENITIES TO HANDLE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE STAYING THERE. IF YOU DID NOT GET TO THE POOL BY 9:00 AM YOU COULD NOT GET A CHAIR.ALL THE RESTAURANT HAD LONG LINES . AND NO ROOM IN THE CASINO

Don't stay at Ceasers because I get compt at others places. But always spend a whole day here. Shopping, restaurants , sports book and casino were great. Won lots of money on the slots. The statue show is nice too. Serindipity which is right outside of Ceasers was delicious. Can't wait to go back next year.

Great Hotel Can't wait to go back
By ,
This hotel was fabulous, the service was great everyone was very friendly. We had great service, checking in was a breeze. I just can't say anything bad about this hotel. We had a great time at the topless pool, very relaxing. I just can't believe why people would go to a topless pool and not take their tops off. My husband and I also spent a couple evenings at the Pure Night Club and had a wonderful evening dancing all night. Great Club no problem getting in.

Room 3813 Centurion Towers
By ,
I had really great expectations of Caesar's palace atlast there were dashed. The Radison Hotel rooms that I've stayed in are better than the room I was in. It is really spread out and can be difficult to navigate, what hotel has their pool close at 6pm in the middle of the desert, and I paid $9.50 for a slice of pizza and a glass of soda not even a whole bottle. They really are just in the business of taking your money.

they treat their 'VIP players' lousy too!
By ,
I am a fairly big slot player, I am 'comped' my rooms, limos and etc. So tho I don't physically 'pay' for the stay, I certainly earn it in my gaming expenses (approx 15 grand a trip, 4 trips per yr) This hotel has the worst registration area I have ever used, the staff is rude and cold. No coffee pots or fridges in rooms and beware of the 'stocked fridge', it is monitored and if you even open the door a charge will show up on your bill at checkout. A person in my party was unaware and just kept popping it open a half inch, then shutting immediately (she's a fidgety type of person), none of us thought anything about it until I checked out 8 days later and there was $148.00 charge for minibar. All chgs were .50 and .75, I explained nothing was ever removed from the minibar and that certainly no product in there was selling for 50 cents! Staff shrugged and stated it was a valid charge and that there was no way to disprove the use of the minibar. It was absurd! If this is how they treat a 60k year slot gambler, I can only imagine how piss poor they treat an average tourist who spends alot less. I told them to take it up with my host and get it from him, I certainly wasn't paying for it. My host of 10 years did remove/cover the expense, but it was under an ultimatum. We love the Harrahs Properties, on the average we visit 35 days per year. After our 5th visit to Caesars, we realized..... it will never get friendlier, the service will not improve and we will not be happy. Now, we only stay at the other 5 properties and enjoy our trips immensly. Caesars has way to much competition to carry themselves the way they do. I think management needs to 'clean house' and hire people who are customer friendly and helpful. I do not go on vacation to spend 15 grand and be treated like crap. I'm not demanding in the least, however I expect courtious counter staff and a few smiling faces.
