Great place to stay
By Patti, 7/24/10
We have stayed at least 6 times at Ceasar's. The Palace tower is our preferred place because it is right next to the pool entrance. I love the pools as long as you go in the mornings or evenings. Afternoons tend to get crowded. The rooms were comped which is really nice because the slots were extremely tight. I have left with more money than I came twice, broke even once, lost the rest. We love the Cheesecake Factory and Spago's. We usually eat at Planet Hollywood as well. You never have to leave Ceasar's to have a good time. We did visit friends who were staying at the Palazzo and I have to admit that their room was nicer and bigger than ours but our bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was better. I will stay again but beware it takes time to register but it's been that way at four different Vegas hotels.

caesars is the class place
By djc, 7/8/10
I like the first class treatment and all of the employees from the casino to the hotel act like they really want you to have a great time. They upgraded us to a 55 suite with a great strip view.It is like old home week when you got to the casino. The same dealers and cocktail people all act like they are really glad to see you. It is our only place in Vegas

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/3/10
From the time I pulled up in front to my check out the service was outstanding. My room was exquisite, the staff super friendly and accomodating. There's not one thing i can say negatively about my entire stay...... HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caesars Palace.

A little too ancient!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/28/10
Although the downstairs of Casears is beautiful, the rooms are old and in need of remodeling. Our room had NO door on the bathroom!!! The service was also terrible. Not enough staff to handle all the people.

Qua Spa in Caesars.... worth every penny!
By Laura, 5/24/10
We stayed at Caesars Palace for a vaca and had a great time. Make sure you same some of your $$$ and take advantage of the on-site Qua Spa in the hotel. I was blown away. Best massage I've had in my life. It's called the Raindrop Therapy Massage. You also get all day access to the spa with your service purchase. It was awesome! I will definitely be going back. A+++

The Best
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/10/10
Caesars was great. I was taken to the hospital from caesars when we stayed there. They were the best to my wife. In the hospital for 2 days they payed for cab fare when she went to and from. Gave her room service. An my hats off to spring valley hospital. They are the best. Think we found a home when we go to Vegas. Its CAESARS.

Can be a GREAT place
By jim h, 5/3/10
If you can find your way around the Harah's employees vs Old time Caesars employees it is a must stay Las Vegas location. Ganbling, Resturants (12 in casino 14 in Forum Shops) Forum shops and Pool make it the best location I have ever stayed at.

4/5/2010 - Ceasars Palace - Worst hotel!!!
By TBay, 4/5/10
From day one at check-in, Ceasars Palace staff take 2nd place to used car dealers but if poor service and inferior rooms are what thrill you, don't blame anyone but yourself because poor and inferior rooms are an understatement at Ceasars Palace, which is an aging hotel on the las Vegas strip owned and operated by Harrah's. You will struggle to even find a bell hop to help you at Ceasars Palace. much less anyone else in the hotel there or casino who cares about anything more than your wallet. Every answer offered by Ceasars Palace staff is scripted for every complaint, like robots punching a clock for minimum wage. There are many newer upscale and luxury hotel/casinos located nearby right there in the middle of the strip, such as the Venitian for example, where your business will be appreciated with excellent service by all. If you still insist on doing vacation business or corporate events with Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas, take my advice and book nothing but the absolute cheapeast rooms you can pssiblyfind, because if you do select an upgrade, it is likely you'll never actually get the room you paid extra for. And never ever reserve a room for 4 people, because you'll get one room with one King Bed and the staff will tell you tough luck. Make it tough on Ceasars Palace to take advantage of you by booking the cheapest rooms with no more than two people to a room, but as best you can, avoid spending any money at the decaying Ceasars Palace with aging slot machines and nothing but a skeleton staff of employees, who's only responsibilitry is to preserve profits while giving you the run a round day after day. You've been warned ... Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas is living off of their past reputation, but no longer capable today of living up to that reputation but there are many other hotels nearby offering a much higher class of comfort and service that will keep a smile on your fast when you leave Las Vegas too! Otherwise, without a doubt, Ceasars Palace will make your Las Vegas experience a trip you'll wish you never took!
