We must have dealt with the same manager as "we will never go back". The customer service here is awful. They have quite a history of calling customers liars and mischarging people including us. Room left some to be desired but you get what you pay for. Guard your credit info and check your bill carefully because they will blame you! They will tell you that you made an extra reservation and didn't show up this has happened to several people. SKIP THIS HOTEL, go down to the the Baymont where thay actually care about their customers and treat you like human being and have some pride in their company image. We will never stay at a Super 8 again.

never again will i stay here. there were bugs in our bed. when i complained to the desk clerk. i was told i was a liar, and when i asked to speak to the manger the desk clerk got on the phone and i was told again i was a lair. when i spoke to the manager in the morning. i was treated like a peice of poop. the manager looked like she had just rolled out of bed and was sleeping in her clothes. steer very wide of this place

The service was awful! We made reservations for the Saturday and Sunday on Labor Day weekend. When we arrived on Saturday they told us our reservation was for Friday and Saturday and that they billed our credit card already and their were no refunds. They told us we wrote down our reservations wrong and that what their clerk put down goes. The front desk clerk was rude. She was huffy, and didn't care about the situation. When she talked to her manage the manager didn't seem to care either. when it came down to it the credited our card back for teh Friday we were not here, and set us up for 2 nights. after calling the Credit card company we found they still charged for teh Friday we were not here.

Our room was nice but buffet could have been fresher. At least my donuts were stale. However, that is just petty when compared with how nice and helpful the clerks are. We will certainly stay here again. Beds are very comfortable and room was nice, clean and quiet. PS Good restaurant for full breakfast right next door.
