Economy Inn Wentzville, Wentzville

The "Weekly Rates Available" on the sign was my first hint.. Second was the smell of curry when you walk in.. Oh well I already had a reservation and it was near the place I was working.. I walked up the stairs and found the upper landing full of plants in pots.. At least 9 of them.. Odd. I walked to my room and shut the door.. I went to latch the top, uh oh. It fell off in my hand. So I am left with nothing but the automatic door locks to secure the room. Oh there is more. I decided to take some time and relax in the bathtub. Forget the fact that the paint on the ceiling is peeling like you wouldn't believe.. The faucet was reversed. Hot to get Cold, Cold to get Hot. The bathtub plug wouldn't hold water. Luckily I could keep the water going in the tub enough to get a short warm bath.. Hmm I think that covers it.. Oh yah.. The Kids activities they mention, could that be the tricycles in a corner of the lobby? If I had a choice I would have just stayed at the Holiday Inn up the road, and not tried to save the 5 minutes of drive time.
